An unscripted show following the band Johnnyswim on tour will be part of the net's first slate of originals.

00:00Everybody's favorite house flippin' duo Chip and Joanna Gaines are launching their very
00:04own cable network, and now the Fixer Uppers have greenlit its first original series.
00:10Magnolia Network, named after the couple's design-centered business empire, is set to
00:14debut in October of 2020, and its first slate of original programming will include a
00:18docuseries called Home on the Road. The series is set to follow married singer-songwriters
00:23Abner Ramirez and Amanda Sudano Ramirez and their band Johnny Swim on tour.
00:27The six-episode series will follow the couple, their children Joaquin and Luna, and the
00:32eight band and crew members as they travel together on their tour bus. The show will also
00:36dive into the culture, stories, and food of each city where they stop. Chip and Joanna
00:40released a statement regarding the exciting news stating,
00:54Magnolia will be taking over what's currently the DIY network and is said to
00:57feature unique, inspiring, and family-friendly programming centered on topics including
01:02community, home, food, wellness, design, and more. The new network will also be the home
01:07to the Fixer Upper library of five seasons and 79 episodes. For more on this story,
