00:31The Hills singer is set to star in, produce and co-write a new HBO drama series currently titled The Idol.
00:39The series will follow a female pop singer who starts a romance with an L.A. club owner who is the leader of a secret cult.
00:47The Weeknd will also serve as an executive producer alongside Reza Fahim and Euphoria creator Sam Levinson.

01:14Recall the two rekindled their romance back in April and fans have been clamoring for them to get engaged again ever since.
01:21Well, Hollywood Life has exclusively learned that Jen would accept a proposal from Ben.
01:27However, she wants it to happen naturally.
01:29A source close to the couple told us that Jen has been prepared for a wedding for quite a while because that was what was going to happen with Alex Rodriguez.
01:39And now that her relationship with Ben is so hot and heavy, she would 1000% say yes if Ben were to pop the question to her again.
01:47Well, we're also being told the couple's family would love to see them get married, but that's not going to push them closer to the altar.
01:54Our source said it's safe to say that engagement feelings are in the air and it will happen when it happens.

02:27The former Disney star, known for playing Cory Baxter on That's So Raven, is now facing a felony for allegedly sending pornographic material to a 13-year-old girl.
02:37TMZ reports Massey has been charged with one count of communication with a minor for immoral purposes.
02:43The actor has been accused of electronically sending sexually explicit content to the girl during the months of December 2018 and January 2019.
02:52According to TMZ, the case is connected to a civil suit from March 2019 where Massey was sued for $1.5 million for allegedly sending numerous sexually explicit text messages, images, and videos via Snapchat.
03:05The actor claimed he was being extorted.
03:07And while facing legal charges for this, Massey is also losing some business deals.
03:12The vaping company Dr. Dabber has dropped the former Disney star as a brand ambassador.
03:17A rep for the company told TMZ,
03:19we are ending our relationship with Kyle Massey.
03:21We've been working with him on a trial basis for a month.
03:24Today, we let his team know we will be cutting ties and requesting all public content with our brand to be deleted from his social media.
