00:00Thank you, Madam Deputy Speaker.
00:03And may I congratulate the Right Honourable Lady on delivering her second budget.
00:09I hope she enjoyed it, because it really should be her last.
00:15What a total humiliation.
00:18Last year she put up taxes by £40 billion, the biggest tax rate in British history.
00:24She promised that she wouldn't be back for more.
00:27She swore it was a one-off.
00:29She told everyone that from now on it would be stability and she would pay for everything with growth.
00:34Today, she has broken every single one of those policies.
00:40If she had any decency, she would resign.
00:45At the last budget, she said she was proud to be the country's first ever female Chancellor.
00:52After this budget, she will go down as the country's worst ever Chancellor.
00:59After that, she met her in the United States.
01:04Try the way to do that.
