Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch criticises the 2025 Autumn Budget saying it’s “making things worse”. 00:00Well, what I have said is that the things that are in the bill that are bad for jobs, bad for growth, bad for business, we will scrap them.

00:07Quite a lot of the things in there are really about unions, giving unions more powers, making it easier to strike, the rights to roam.

00:14Any business that's got 20 or more people, a union can come in whenever they like.

00:18They just need to let you know that they're coming.

00:20This is not what the country needs right now.

00:22The reason why the UK is not growing is not because employees don't have enough rights.

00:27We don't have enough jobs.

00:29Unemployment has increased every single month since Labour came into office.

00:33And this budget that we had this week is making things worse.

00:36I think they're hearing business saying we've had enough and that's why they've been forced to U-turn.
