Transcript
00:00As Gabrielle Union is set to meet with NBC's lawyers this week over her allegations of discrimination and racial bias behind the scenes of America's Got Talent,
00:08another former AGT judge is speaking out. On Tuesday's episode of her daytime show, The Talk, Sharon Osbourne jumped into the controversy.

00:40Osbourne, who left AGT's judging table after six seasons in 2012, said Simon wasn't on the show when she was,
00:47but brought up Cowell's pattern of hiring young female talent, like Britney Spears and Demi Lovato,
00:51for his other music competition series, the British import The X Factor, which ran in the U.S. from 2011 until 2013.

01:13Always one to speak her mind. After NBC confirmed that Union and fellow newcomer Julianne Hough would not be returning to AGT,
01:20a report of toxic culture and public outcry from Union's husband Dwayne Wade over her dismissal have prompted renewed speculation
01:27over the show's treatment of people of color and calls for a boycott on Twitter.
