00:08Just when you thought that Justin Bieber couldn't be in any more trouble, he goes and gets himself

00:13arrested in Miami.

00:14Alright, so on January 23rd, the singer was pulled over by police for drag racing and

00:20was subsequently charged with a suspected DUI, resisting arrest and driving with an

00:25expired license.

00:27This all started around 4am when Justin Bieber was driving a rented yellow Lamborghini and

00:32his good friend, a rapper who was signed to Def Jam Records by the name of Khalil, was

00:36driving a rented red Ferrari.

00:38So according to HollywoodLife.com, Justin's camp allegedly blocked off the streets for

00:43him to drag race and he was going upwards of 60 miles per hour, double the speed limit in

00:49that area.

00:50Now the police actually pulled over Justin's yellow Lambo and it was all caught on Instagram

00:55by a fellow Belieber.

00:57HollywoodLife.com spoke to the Miami-Dade Police Department and they told them that Justin

01:01Bieber actually resisted arrest, used several choice words about why he was being arrested

01:07and also refused to take his hands out of his pocket.

01:11That's when he actually admitted to smoking marijuana, having had a beer earlier in the

01:15night at a nightclub and then said that he had taken some prescription medication.

01:20On top of all of this, he was driving on a suspended license that was from the state

01:24of Georgia.

01:25Currently, he's at the Miami Beach Police Department and once he has processed, he's going to be

01:30taken to another place, the Miami-Dade County Jail.

01:33Currently, his camp is not commenting.

01:35But what's even worse is that Justin Bieber is only going to have to pay $500 but he could

01:41actually face up to six months in jail for all of these violations.

01:45HollywoodLife.com spoke to a federal prosecutor named Ralph Felder in New York who tells them

01:50that Miami might want to throw the book at him to prove that they don't believe that celebrities

01:55are above the law.
