Justin Bieber is being accused of Attempted Robbery and Battery. The singer allegedly tried to take a cell phone from a fan after the fan was caught taking photos of Bieber and Selena Gomez.

00:04According to reports, the Biebs was out in Hollywood with his on-again, off-again girlfriend

00:09Selena Gomez when the singer allegedly tried to take a cell phone from a fan after the

00:14fan was caught taking photos of the couple.

00:17The Los Angeles Police Department is now investigating the matter, but by the time the cops showed

00:22up at the location, Bieber and his team were gone.

00:25According to witnesses, Bieber was ready to fight the fan, but his bodyguard stopped it

00:30before it could get ugly.

00:31And of course, the fan is ready to press charges.

00:34This is just the latest addition to Bieber's legal drama, which includes an arrest for drag

00:38racing and DOI earlier this year, he's also being sued by a photographer for assault, and

00:45he's currently on probation for egging his neighbor's house.

00:48Not to mention, he almost got punched by Orlando Bloom this summer.

00:52All the while, Selena continues to support her on-again, off-again boyfriend, and the Biebs

00:56even posted this pic of the two together on Wednesday.

00:59Selena reportedly joined him on a trip to Canada to visit his dad.
