00:09and Justin was recently spotted in our neck of the woods,
00:12aka New York City, having dinner at Burger and Barrel in Soho.
00:16He even posed for a photo with some Park Services security.
00:20We're really not sure why JB was visiting the Big Apple,
00:23other than to play some hockey with the guys from West Point.
00:25And again, he posed for a photo.
00:27Justin's no photo policy seems to be pretty flexible at this point.
00:31No rest for the Biebs though,
00:32as he was off to Brazil for his show in Rio de Janeiro,
00:35and look at his fans go nuts trying to meet him.
00:57This is actually frightening, but it's not all love,
01:05as Justin is now facing legal troubles for graffiti he did outside a hotel back in 2013.
01:11The Daily Mail reports Rio's prosecution service requested a court issue writ of summons against the Biebs.
01:18Now, this wouldn't be the first time Justin has gotten in trouble for graffiti.
01:22His team used to spray paint to promote his purpose tour in Brooklyn and San Francisco,
01:26and the cities were pissed because spray paint doesn't come off, obviously.
01:30Anyway, to this latest crisis in Brazil,
01:32Justin was charged with crime against the city order and cultural heritage in 2013,
01:37but left Brazil to continue touring before he was notified.
01:40But of course, since JB's back in the country to perform,
01:43the judge is reopening the case, just for him.
01:46The crazy part is, the usual punishment for a crime like this in Brazil is a year in jail,
01:51so free Bieber, we're obviously not letting that happen.
