Have you noticed a pile up of garbage and other rubbish in the Port of Spain area?

Well, according to president of the Amalgamated Workers Union, Michael Prentice, a shortage in funding has led to a lack of equipment and resources for Port of Spain City Corporation workers to carry out garbage collection and removal duties, especially in the West Port of Spain district.
