00:00Felicity Huffman has officially pleaded guilty in the nationwide college admissions scandal.
00:04On Monday, Huffman pleaded guilty in Boston Federal Court to conspiracy to commit mail fraud
00:09and honest services mail fraud. In April, the actress announced her intention to cop to the
00:13accusation that she paid to improve her daughter's score on college standardized tests.
00:18Huffman will be sentenced at a later date. In exchange for her plea, prosecutors reportedly
00:22recommended to the judge the low end of the sentencing guidelines for the crime,
00:26a.k.a. four months of incarceration. The actress said in her April statement,
00:47Huffman was among 13 parents who agreed to plead guilty in what federal investigators dubbed
00:52Operation Varsity Blues. Fellow actress Lori Loughlin was also caught up in the
00:56investigation. She and her husband, designer Mossimo Giannulli, are among 17 parents who
