00:00The PNP Highway Patrol Group reported the recovery of nearly 9,000 motorcycles and 2,000 vehicles

00:06from September to November, including one unit recently returned to its rightful owner.

00:12HPG also destroyed about 18,000 illegal blinkers, sirens, and mufflers seized in nationwide operations.

00:19Authorities said many private motorists use these devices to bypass traffic rules.

00:24The agency reiterated its push to remove pain points on major roads through stricter enforcement.

00:31HPG is now targeting the sources and sellers of prohibited blinkers, sirens, and other illegal accessories.
