00:06to provide free overnight parking for motorists potentially affected by Typhoon Uon.

00:11According to Chairman Artes, this initiative will greatly assist motorists living in flood-prone areas during heavy rains.

00:18He also advised the public to stay alert and prepare for worst possible impacts of the storm.

00:23This call is in line with President Ferdinand R. Marcus Jr.'s directive

00:27to ensure all agencies and sectors are ready for the typhoon's arrival.
