00:00Very unfortunate incident here in Roseville. 46 year old male apparently crossing the street going from east to west. Struck by this vehicle here. That male is dead. Not sure why he was crossing the street. Hit by a female driver going about 36 miles an hour within the speed limit. And she stayed, cooperated.
00:26The chief says that this is an unfortunate incident where someone was just crossing the street without looking both ways. Little Mac here south of Masonic. This will be tied up for quite a while.
