00:25held a telephone conversation with US President Donald Trump on Monday
00:31evening. Xi recalled their meeting last month in Busan, South Korea, where the two
00:39leaders reach an important understanding that have allowed them to recalibrate the
00:46course of bilateral relations and send a positive message to the world. The
00:53President Xi emphasized that cooperation benefits both countries while
00:59confrontation harms them, and that the vision of prospering together is a
01:06tangible and prospect. He added that they must move forward in the basis of
01:13equality and respect, expand cooperation and reduce problems, thereby generating
01:21benefits for both peoples and their international communities. In the
01:27issues of Taiwan, Xi reaffirmed that the reunification of the island is an integral
01:34part of the post-war two international order. Also recalled that both countries fought
