00:00There are so many people in this family who get up, do two or three jobs, go to work, try and make ends meet.

00:07And some of them aren't taking home as much after taxing their income as those who are living on a life of welfare.

00:14That is wrong. The British people think that is wrong.

00:17And it's a no way to run an economy where it makes more sense to stay on welfare than it does to get into the workforce.

00:23We've got a huge challenge with the number of people on welfare.

00:26It's the only sure way to cut taxes and the Conservative Party will reverse any change to the welfare cap in order to promote work.
