00:00Back courtside of the United Center, Adam Amin, Stacey King.
00:03We're pleased to be joined by the wonderful, legendary Neil Funk.
00:06Great to see you, my friend.
00:07It's great to see you, Adam.
00:08I really appreciate the time I'm here.
00:12I think you and I get to spend together.
00:13Yeah, that we can spend together.
00:15Wow.
00:15Stacey apparently is trying to repair his phone.
00:18Wow.
00:19You know what?
00:20Don't tell everybody what's going on behind the scenes.
00:21We're just trying to pull the curtain back.
00:23You were brilliant last night.
00:24Yep.
00:25And I was so happy that you came.
00:29I know you had a tough travel, but I really do.
00:31I told you.
00:32And I appreciate that.
00:33Only for you.
00:34I could have been on the other side of Antarctica.
00:36I would have found a way to get back for that honor for you.
00:38I thought you were going to tell me they paid you.
00:41Well, I didn't.
00:44He's had the checks in the mail, buddy.
00:45Let's hope so.
00:47Obviously, this is a celebratory weekend for the Bulls,
00:50but I wanted to just get your perspective on what this means.
00:53Bob was here.
00:54John Paxson is part of this.
00:55One of your old radio partners, obviously, what he did on the floor.
00:58But can you kind of contextualize what this weekend meant?
01:00Well, it was great because I got to see somebody, Bill Cartwright,
01:03who I hadn't seen in some time.
01:06You know, they're the guys that did the heavy lifting.
01:09Pax and Horace and Bill Cartwright, Norm Van Leer.
01:13They did the heavy lifting.
01:15Johnny Bach.
01:15I just told their story, you know, essentially.
01:19And so I was thrilled when they said I was going to go in with this class,
01:25in particular because of Pax and because he had been my partner.
01:30And, you know, I'd been with him as a player, as a partner, as a general manager.
01:34And so I was so pleased that I was included in that particular class.
01:41I know you've always talked about the relationships, and Stacey obviously is.
01:43Well, he's my guy.
01:45And as you know, he's difficult to work with.
01:47He's a bully.
01:48He's a bully.
01:49He's a bully.
01:50We all say that all the time.
01:52But I love him.
01:53He's like my brother.
01:55And Stacey and I could not speak for a year and then start talking.
02:02And it's like we were together last night.
02:04So he's my guy, and he was wonderful last night in some of the things that he said.
02:10So he lied, but he was a wonderful guy.
02:13Speaking of checks in the mail.
02:14Yeah, exactly.
02:17So, Neil, how was it having the grandkids here and having the family here and then share this moment?
02:21That was the neatest thing, that my entire family came.
02:25So there's six of them.
02:28You know, my son, my daughter-in-law, and then four kids.
02:32So we don't get together as a family all that often.
02:37So to have them here last night was really, really special.
02:41That's awesome.
02:42And they're getting older too, man.
02:43Yeah, they're getting big.
02:44Oh, my goodness.
02:45Part of the passage at time.
02:48Adam's going to earn his money.
02:50And now apparently I have to.
02:51Well, I was hoping that this would be a more efficient words-perm now that we've got both of you guys sitting next to each other.
02:59Well.
03:01Boatridge is away in the whole connect.
03:03Here's my thought.
03:05My thought is they were settled at 18-16.
03:08They'll come back and win this.
03:10Roussel is down, right?
03:11I rolled his ankle down.
03:12I think he's not getting up.
03:13And Boatridge is still on the baseline on the opposite end of the floor.
03:17And a tough first 35 seconds.
03:21Boatridge is in clear discomfort as he grabs that right ankle.
03:25Oh, you know, he's a tough kid too.
03:26Everybody stepped on his foot.
03:28Oh!
03:29A step and a twist.
03:31Delivery right now.
03:31You know, he's a tough kid for him to stay on the floor.
03:35It's a serious.
03:40You know, as deep as this team is, they can ill afford to have injuries to key guys anyway.
03:49I totally agree.
03:50Particular Boozellis has been such a spark plug.
03:52And this is second season.
03:54We'll step aside as he's tended to and looked at.
03:58His modest Boozellis had to be helped up and helped off the floor by multiple members of the Bulls' training staff.
04:06Headed back towards the locker room.
04:09Went down grabbing his right ankle area after stepping on a foot and then twisting that a little bit.
04:15So it's Daylon Terry getting the initial call off the bench here in the third quarter.
04:19Adam and me and Stacey King joined by Neil Funk on this Ring of Honor weekend.
04:26We saw the shot of you and Bob and John Paxson and just the thought of that final shot that you and Bob both had the opportunity to call.
04:36The block there from where.
04:39Just the memories of that moment.
04:41Because I imagine that's one of those moments in a long broadcast career that's going to be burned into your memory forever.
04:45I'll never forget that, Adam.
04:47I mean, and I've got a picture of it with Michael kind of hanging in the air in that pose that he that he went into.
04:54One of the iconic NBA movies maybe of all time.
04:57Certainly in the 20th century.
04:59And to have it come down to that.
05:02And again, we talked about your call.
05:03The Hanks fire scores.
05:05It blazed into the head of a lot of Bulls fans at that time.
05:08Can you even put into words what a 30-year career with essentially one team and basically a half-century career in the NBA means?
05:19Yeah, no, I can't.
05:21It would be hard to quantify that.
05:23But I can say that I enjoy it every step of the way.
05:26And, you know, as you know, as broadcasters, we don't really consider this work.
05:32You consider it enjoyment.
05:34It's something you would.
05:35They don't have to pay you to do it.
05:37Well, they should pay you, except for Stacey.
05:39And Stacey gets to say, hey, if they're not working for free, but you and I would have done it for free because we'd love the game.
05:46Wow.
05:47Wow.
05:48Stacey was not expecting this could just be a roast.
05:51You know what?
05:52You know, listen, listen.
05:54You know, he's broadcast a lot of games over the years.
05:56And we said this last night.
05:57I asked him last night.
05:58I said, what was it like to be the guy that called George Washington's first game?
06:04And, you know, he responded.
06:06John Adams had a nice jump shot.
06:08He's been around a long time.
06:17I have, but I'm going to let you guys go to work.
06:19You're going to leave until the timeout.
06:22You can't pull a Johnny Kerr walk off in the middle of the broadcast.
06:26Yeah, Johnny would have just taken a hand.
06:27Yeah, you're going to pull a Johnny.
06:29He ran on his, buddy.
06:32Babe, so here's a serious question.
06:34No.
06:35Being away from the game now, being out the headset, what do you think today?
06:38What do you think today's game looks like to you?
06:39It doesn't look right to me.
06:41And I say that not in an unkind way.
06:45And I don't want to be long.
06:46That's all back when I was doing the games.
06:49It was more of this and more physical and all that.
06:52But it's become, to me, it's become a jump shooting contest.
06:56And just three-pointer after three-pointer after three-pointer.
06:59And I'm just not sure that's the way the game of basketball was designed to be played.
07:02I know analytics play a large part in it.
07:05But when you see three guys out on a break and two just fan as deep as they can go to the corners
07:10and the other guy stops at the three-point line, kind of eschewing a driving layup or a driving kick or something,
07:19I don't know.
07:21Think about this.
07:22Because you've seen a lot of great players.
07:24You've seen Dr. J play.
07:25You see Michael, Magic, you saw the Kareem, all these great players play.
07:29There's always this debate how those guys would do in this era and how some of our best players here would do good
07:35and how they play in the era in the 90s.
07:37What do you think?
07:38Somebody asked me that question a couple of weeks ago.
07:42And my response was, I said, let me give you an example.
07:46Moses Malm would lead the league in rebounding by five rebounds if he was playing today.
07:53It wouldn't even be close.
07:55Now think about it, Moses, the spacing that these teams have today.
07:58Moses was really, he was the greatest rebounder and definitely the greatest offensive rebounder I ever saw.
08:04So, I mean, look, Doc, Michael, Larry Bird, Magic, they were so gifted, they could have played in any era.
08:15Yeah.
08:15I mean, I don't know, you know, could Bob Cousy have played in this era?
08:18I don't know.
08:19But I know the guys that I saw were so gifted athletically, they could have played in any era.
08:25I agree.
08:26Coral a little bit banged up as he landed awkwardly, but he'll get two shots out of it as the Heat have a 20-point lead.
08:31We're with Neil Funk.
08:32You obviously played the game.
08:34That's one of the things that Mike Breen always pointed out, that you understand nuances of the game that many play-by-play announcers just weren't able to add because of your experience playing at the collegiate level at a very high level.
08:45What are some of the things that you feel from your playing days still do apply to this style of basketball?
08:51Because I do think we have a tendency to separate it, but I'm curious where the really good nuances still fit into the game.
08:56Well, you know, first of all, I mean, and I think Stacey would agree with this, you love to see great passing.
09:03You love to see great defense.
09:05And there's some teams that have those elements.
09:08I thought Oklahoma City last year clearly was a team that was terrific offensively, but even better defensively.
09:15There's much the same this year from what little I've seen of them.
09:19But so there are little things.
09:22I do think that this three-point shooting thing, and then, Stacey and I were just talking about this, how can a guy get from just inside the three-point line to the rim and never dribble a ball?
09:38And, you know, they keep saying, well, Eurostep and gather and hold on to the gather step and all this stuff.
09:47I mean, Michael Jordan and Julius Irving couldn't get to the rim without dribbling from out there.
09:52Exactly.
09:53So how do players today do it?
09:56So it's officiated differently.
09:58It's played differently.
10:00And, again, I'm not saying that that's a bad thing.
10:03You know, the NBA is as popular as ever.
10:05But it's just different than the way I grew up watching and playing the game.
10:12Well, and you know what?
10:13And this, remember this.
10:16You know, in Indiana, there's a lot of great players in Indiana.
10:19His nickname is the Splendid Splinter because he can shoot the basketball, and he was slinky like a mix.
10:25You know?
10:26Meeks.
10:28So he's in, like, the Hall of Fame.
10:30He scores some points.
10:32Don't sleep on Neil's game.
10:33Neil can flat-out shoot.
10:34Don't sleep.
10:35The Splendid Splinter, baby.
10:37Maybe when I was younger, the Great Minx.
10:39The Great Minx.
10:40That's a nickname.
10:41You know, the Great Minx.
10:43Oh, my goodness.
10:45I think we just had an ejection.
10:47Kevin Herter just got teed up.
10:51I thought for a second, Tony Brothers had ejected him from the game.
10:54Well, it's certainly, yeah, I think he has.
10:56I think he has ejected him from the game.
10:59Kevin Herter.
11:00What did he do?
11:01Typically mild manner that's turned around and had something, apparently, to say to Tony
11:06Brothers, 32-year officiating veteran.
11:08And Billy Donovan immediately coming out to defend his player here and asking for a review after all of that.
11:21I wonder if this had to do with the ball.
11:23Let's see what Tony has to say about this on the mic.
11:25A technical foul has been called, and the player has been ejected.
11:32The player has been reviewed.
11:35So, I think because Kevin tapped the ball out of frustration and it went towards one of the officials.
11:42Yeah, but that's not an ejection.
11:44That's a technical foul.
11:45It was very quick from Tony Brothers to eject Kevin Herter.
11:50They're reviewing it for a hostile act.
11:53And it looked like he just kind of deflected it.
11:54Just tapped the ball.
11:55Yeah.
11:55He was upset that he thought he had the block.
12:00Come on, man.
12:01You can't eject him for that.
12:02If he would have fired the ball at the referee, I can see your point.
12:05So, he got all ball there.
12:07And that's what he was upset about.
12:08And he just tapped the ball.
12:09The play meets the standards of an ejection.
12:13Therefore, he's ejecting for the contact with the ball to the official.
12:18Wow.
12:19So, I very much understand the frustration of Kevin Herter in this particular regard because
12:27I do not think.
12:29Watch this.
12:29This wasn't intentional.
12:30Yeah.
12:30I don't think.
12:31He's not even looking at the ref.
12:32I don't think Kevin was really looking at the official, Jay Flores, when he tapped that ball.
12:37So, I understand his frustrations completely here.
12:40It felt like a very quick, very projection from Tony Brothers there.
12:45Listen, if he would have taken the ball and threw it at her, I can see your point.
12:51But he just slapped it out of frustration.
12:52The referee just happened to be over there.
12:54And he wasn't even looking at her.
12:56Yeah.
12:56I wonder what the call would have been if the official hadn't been standing there and he just deflected the ball.
13:00It probably would have cheated him up and that would have been it.
13:03Yeah, that was, that was a quick, that was a quick ejection from Tony Brothers.
13:11I imagine any player wants to have some form of leeway when it comes to showing some level of emotion.
13:17When there is a call that may not go their way, obviously, if you're not directing it right at an official, that's preferable.
13:24And that seemed to be the case there for Kevin.
13:26I can't understand it completely why he'd be frustrated in that moment.
13:30Kevin Herter doesn't have that kind of reputation.
13:32No, he's a very mild-mannered player.
13:33Yeah, you, you, you, you got to know, you know, KYP, know your personality.
13:37You know, you, you, you, that'd be Draymond Green or someone like that.
13:39You can say, okay, he's capable of doing that.
13:42There's no sumo working with Williams, Giddey, Terry, and Vucevic.
13:47Five on the clock.
13:49Williams slipping through multiple defenders to use the glass and score.
13:53I'll tell you what, Miami defense is solid, man.
13:55They give a, for some reason, they have the bold number.
13:58That hasn't changed at all.
14:00It's always been the case, it feels like for Miami.
14:04I've always thought Miami was fundamentally well coached.
14:09Yes.
14:10I have been for years.
14:12Well, and they, they preach defense.
14:14If you can't guard people, you're not going to play.
14:17Look at Navy, I've mentioned right now on Vucevic.
14:19Had the mismatch for a moment.
14:21Osimbo uses the fake and gets the roll.
14:28It's hooked in one-point game.
14:29Lead has been as large as 25 for the Heat tonight.
14:32There's a vicious rumor going on in the trunk by Brady since,
14:35since, uh, Neal has come on.
14:37We've lost three players.
14:38That's what Brady's in.
14:41And you're down to three viewers.
14:45Wow.
14:45Wow, Brady.
14:47And you're down to three viewers.
14:49And Williams hits a three-pointer right on cue.
14:51Wow.
14:53Boy, Brady's dirty, man.
14:55The ears of the, the ears of the, Brady can't fight when it's three on one.
14:58Exactly.
14:58When it's the three of us against him.
15:01Brady's already walked out of the truck at this point.
15:04Out of Bayou draws a foul.
15:05That'll send him to the free throw line.
15:07Well, the more things change, the more they stay the same, Neal.
15:12Correct.
15:12Correct.
15:14Oh, my gosh.
15:17Do you want, do you want to, you want to bring back a little nostalgia here, too?
15:20Hey, Bulls fans.
15:22Follow our Bulls insider, Casey Johnson, at chsn.com,
15:28presented by nationwide insurance agent Jeff Vukovic.
15:32Oh, buddy.
15:34Get to enjoy knowing the Vuk as much as you do the jingle at jeffvuk.com.
15:40Hit it, Neal.
15:41Hit it.
15:42No, you hit it.
15:42All right.
15:43Come on.
15:43For all time's sake.
15:44Come on.
15:44You do it.
15:45Come on.
15:45Come on.
15:45Just for all time's sake.
15:46I mean, nationwide is on your side.
15:50Yes.
15:51You sound like Joe Jackson.
15:53You sound like Joe Jackson, but I'm not going to speak Joe Jackson.
15:56Joe Jackson's not the one you want to play with, baby.
15:58You're in the group, Joe.
16:00Oh, my God.
16:01I feel a little embarrassed because I, for a moment, just then felt like a 21-year-old broadcasting
16:16student watching the Bulls games and watching the two of you and just appreciating the dynamic
16:23between two guys from different walks of life who had a love and appreciation for the exact
16:27same thing, and that's the game.
16:28And here's my question to you, too.
16:31And I'm going to leave in just a second.
16:33The next time.
16:34Please, before we lose another player.
16:35Or another viewer, and you'll be down there, too.
16:39But I was going to ask you, are you guys in nursing school on your off days?
16:42Look at these shoes.
16:43Look at these shoes.
16:44I got their Jordans on, bro.
16:45They're like nursing school shoes.
16:46They're Jordans here.
16:47Well, if one of the things happens, put some respect on you.
16:51One thing has changed.
16:52It has been we've gone strictly to comfort at this point.
16:55Yes.
16:55Yes.
16:55Yes.
16:55Yes.
16:55Listen, I cannot begrudging that.
16:58In that case, we were all ahead of the game.
17:01Yes.
17:02Yes.
17:03Good to see Modus Buzelas back out there, came back out to a nice ovation.
17:06He continued to maintain a 20-point advantage.
17:10Nice backdoor.
17:11Mitchell draws defenders.
17:14Pacquiao's finds the excellent shooting.
17:16Powell leaves that one short.
17:17Buzelas the board.
17:20Terry a little out of control.
17:21Bulls regain composure.
17:23Williams the faith.
17:24The drive, the kick.
17:25Giddy a three.
17:27Buzelas the offensive rebound.
17:29Second chance.
17:31Giddy again on the attack score.
17:32Nice.
17:33Nice.
17:33Nice.
17:34You got to do more of that.
17:36That'll be a timeout.
17:38At the halfway point of the third quarter.
17:42Just really appreciate it, as always, man.
17:44Everything you've done for me, and I know continue to do for Stacey and I,
17:47you're the absolute best in the business.
17:49My boy.
17:49That's my guy.
17:50Thanks, guys.
17:51Enjoyed it.
17:52Congratulations.
17:52Much like your law career, for over 30 years,
17:55if you need help with a car, truck, or work injury, call Howard.
17:59Injury law made personal.
18:01That's Anken Law.
18:04Take a look at the live lines, powered by Fendle Sportsbook.
18:12Currently an 18-point Miami advantage, 87-69.
18:18We hit the halfway point of this third period, we really appreciate Neil taking so much time with us.
18:25He wanted to go, and I think we were, we were in his ear, like, hang around for just a little bit.
18:29Yeah, we kept on going, yeah, he wanted to go back up to those sweets, where there's free food.
18:34We only get so much time during the year, though, but always checking in on us, and that was just a fun moment to get a chance to spend with you guys,
18:42sitting next to you, enjoying that dynamic, as always.
18:45I'll tell you what, like you said, we could miss each other for a little bit of time, but we get back together.
18:50This is like riding a bike.
18:52During that stretch, Miami has kept the Bulls at arm's length.
18:56Every time the Bulls tried to make a little push of a couple of baskets or a couple of trips in a row,
19:00Miami has answered and responded.
19:02Nice play by Trey Jones in the passing lane.
19:04He's got numbers.
19:06He's got Giddy, who's got to sell this.
19:08Didn't have to lift that time.
19:10Giddy is in there.
19:11He draws a foul.
19:12Yeah, that's tough for Modest.
19:15Coming off that ankle.
19:16Yeah, coming off that ankle, trying to go up there and get that.
19:19He's right here.
19:20Good steal by Trey Jones.
19:21And again, push the ball.
19:22The Bulls got numbers.
19:23Four on one.
19:25And it's definitely right here.
19:26Normally, that would have been a dunk.
19:29A foul on Hawkins will send Giddy to the line.
19:32You can join us at the United Center tomorrow night,
19:33as we celebrate Neil Funk and the 2025 Ring of Honor class
19:37as the Bulls play the Wizards.
19:38Proudly presented by Magellan Corporation.
19:40Bulls.com slash Ring of Honor.
19:43Give you a game reset here now that we've kind of settled back in.
19:47Miami trailed by seven early.
19:49Came back to take the advantage and is led by as many as 25.
19:52Heat have four players in double figures led by Norman Powell's 19.
19:56Larson out of bio and we're joining him.
19:58Meanwhile, the Bulls are led by Josh Giddy.
20:0016 points and six assists.
20:01Dosumu has 11 in his first start of the year.
20:05But the Bears bench is being vested.
20:08Something that has not been the case more often than not this season by Miami's excellent bench.
20:13They have one of the best benches in the league right along with the Bulls.
20:17This foul on Terry is going to send Powell back to the line for a chance at a 20-point game.
20:21He didn't really ever seen Jalen Smith.
20:25He's having a nice game.
20:27Eight points, three or four from the field, nine minutes.
20:30I thought Billy was going with the big lineup when there's wearing out of bio out there.
20:35Especially when Modis went down with an injury.
20:37Five minutes to play in this third quarter.
20:43Bouselis and Okoro have each dealt with a tweak of a foot or ankle in this third quarter.
20:49But Bouselis is back out there battling with wear.
20:54Trying to gallop through what I imagine is some discomfort.
20:57Jones with the left hand, nice finish.
21:00Now the lead is down to 14.
21:02That's about getting stops.
21:03We talk about it all the time.
21:04We try to get consecutive stops and build on that.
21:09Mitchell with the left hand.
21:11He comes back and answers.
21:13You've got to make him shoot the ball.
21:15He's getting to the basket a little bit too easy.
21:18Adam Amin, Stacey King, our CHSN crew.
21:21Modis Bouselis using the left hand a little too strong.
21:23Welcome those of you who watched the Blackhawks fall into the Seabirds tonight 9-3.
21:29NBA Cup game.
21:30Emberance NBA Cup.
21:31Both teams are 1-1 in East Group C.
21:36Hawkins.
21:37Jones trying to pick him from the backside.
21:39Mitchell on the drive for Miami.
21:40His left hand scoop is off the glass.
21:42Again, he keeps going to the basket.
21:45Got to make him shoot the ball.
21:46Everything's a drive.
21:48Lob in for Terry.
21:50Stripped by Hawkins.
21:52Turned right around and realized that
21:53there was a big body in Hawkins and then a foul called
21:56on Terry to compound it.
21:59And Terry, who got the early call for Bouselis when he went out,
22:03kept it going for a couple more minutes.
22:05And now he's coming out.
22:10I think they had Terry playing the power forward position there that time.
22:13He was in the pick and roll.
22:16Right in the chops.
22:18And he slapped Davion Mitchell.
22:19And again, the clubs are both in the bonus here.
22:24So two shots coming.
22:28Let's bring the Bulls out to three devices at home or on the go with the CHSN app.
22:32Setting up is as easy as ever.
22:34Head over to subscribe.chsn.com for your seven-day free trial.
22:37Terry and Giddy to the bench.
22:40It's Bouselis and Williams and Carter with Dosumu and Jones.
22:44So this is one of the smaller Bulls lineups out there.
22:48They don't really try to counteract the size of Miami,
22:52which continues to have wear at the five.
22:54Montecchio, Hawkins, Mitchell, and Powell, the rest for the Heat.
22:59Well, yeah, not seeing James Smith as they wonder if there's an issue with any kind of injury.
23:05Here's Carter.
23:06Never afraid.
23:07Always ready, but short on the three.
23:12Here's Hawkins.
23:13Every time the Bulls start to get a little bit of momentum, Miami's right there to shut it down.
23:20Mitchell, foul line, knocks it down.
23:22He's got a smooth jumper for the mid-range.
23:24Remember last year in the playing game, he came up huge for me.
23:27He did.
23:27At both ends of the floor.
23:30Zio, the kick.
23:31Jones lines it up.
23:32Nope.
23:33Williams could not squeeze it, and Ware clears it for the Heat.
23:40They try to make it three consecutive wins.
23:43Tough drive by Powell with the left.
23:45Ware trying to stuff it back home, and a foul out of Williams will send him to the line.
24:01Bueno Days Coffee is November's spotlight business presented by BMO.
24:06Bueno Days is a coffee shop located in Little Village,
24:09sourcing directly from women-run collectives in Mexico.
24:13Learn more about the pro-limit.
24:14Build that time size business.
24:17We're at the stripe.
24:18Phillips, and there is Smith coming right back in.
24:22So Jalen will give a little size to the Bulls at the 5,
24:25with Boozellis at the 4, and then three guards in Phillips,
24:28Dosumu, and Carter.
24:29We're having a strong night yet again.
24:41Another double-double for him.
24:43That's what he's averaging on the year, and he's got 16 points and 10 rebounds.
24:47The lead is 23.
24:57Good setup by Dosumu for Phillips, but that triple won't fall.
25:00The Bulls are just 7 of 27.
25:02Back at home shooting the three after two really good nights out west.
25:06Dosumu is good to turn it.
25:09They're going to get some offense here.
25:11Dosumu wasn't looking for it initially.
25:13Carter's the trailer.
25:14That's a triple.
25:15Will not go.
25:17Team rebound to Miami.
25:23So Adebayo will come back in.
25:26I'll tell you what the free throw discrepancy is.
25:2934 to 19.
25:33Wow.
25:34Second most free throws shot by the opponent this year.
25:44Slip to Huck is knocked away, though.
25:47The Bulls get a turnover.
25:48Here's Boozellis on the push.
25:49Looks healthy driving, but he missed the layup.
25:52Phillips' follow couldn't get caught cleanly.
25:55Carter trying to harass Drew Smith, who stops and gets blocked by Smith.
26:00And it's recovered too, Adebayo.
26:01Working on Boozellis.
26:03With a footwork and a foul on Manas.
26:06Well, one of the props on that fast break, the Bulls, all four guys were so close together.
26:11You know, you've got to get out and fill out lanes to force the defense to make a decision.
26:18When you run a fast break, watch this right here.
26:20See, look how close everybody is.
26:22And you really have no passing, no passing lanes.
26:25You get that ball to the middle of the floor.
26:33Guys get out and run away.
26:35And you're going to get a dunk or layup.
26:46Boozellis have eight blocks in right there.
26:48Boozellis is able to snatch that rebound.
26:54Jazz shot 41 free throws.
26:57The Bulls went out west at the start of this week.
27:0236 from Miami tonight.
27:03Carter to Smith in traffic.
27:05And Drew Smith, the smaller of the two Smiths, commits the foul.
27:09On Jalen.
27:19Bulls, they should bring the whole family out to the United Center with family ticket packs presented by BMO.
27:26Ticket packs include a ticket, a hot dog and chips, and a drink on select games.
27:32Learn more and buy tickets now at Bulls.com slash family.
27:35No Kobe White tonight with the back-to-back tomorrow, so he'll be slotted in tomorrow.
27:41Isaac Okoro, we've been told, is questionable to return with a low back issue.
27:46So that awkward landing may have given him a little bit of pause in that area.
27:52There's Kobe watching.
27:53He'll be back in the lineup tomorrow.
27:57Just came back at the start of the week with that white calf string.
28:00There's Ohio who floats one to nowhere in particular.
28:04Miami in control.
28:07Bulls trying to make a push.
28:09Dosu with a blow-by and out of Bayou, though, recovery.
28:12Good recovery by Bayou.
28:14Always been a good shot blocker.
28:16Top five in Miami.
28:17He's in history in shot blocks.
28:18Guy was playing just about as many games as any he could play.
28:23Smith.
28:24With the moves on Booz Ellis.
28:26That's a tough shot.
28:27Drew Smith is six foot two.
28:31And he was able to finish that cleanly in the paint.
28:35Play like a power forward.
28:37Booz Ellis.
28:38Rainbow shot won't go.
28:40There is Smith with the rebound.
28:42Smaller players really do play bigger than they are.
28:44There is Fontecchio, one of their bigger players, who's out of bounds there.
28:50Fontecchio struggled tonight.
28:520 for 5 for the 3.
28:54Two points.
28:55He's got three assists.
28:58That 0 for 5 for 3 is a rarity.
28:59He came in shooting 47% top five in the NBA.
29:04He and Powell have been outstanding from outside this year.
29:06He's going to go 2 for Rwando.
29:11Sumo misfires the three, though, and that's been a storyline for the Bulls' offense this evening.
29:18He looked for their biggest lead of the night out of fire with an offensive foul as Phillips was able to get in front of him.
29:29That's a good job by Julian Phillips taking that right in the chest.
29:33You have to be in a legal guarding position and essentially, you know, you hear that phrase, beat him to the spot.
29:39He stayed chest-to-chest or chest-to-shoulder.
29:42He drew the charge.
29:44Dosubo shut off by Jaquez.
29:47There's where that frame comes into handy and forces the turnover.
29:50That's the length and size of Jaime Jaquez.
29:52The Bulls really should be quicker.
30:07And then the tearways playing the small forward position.
30:12Two guards.
30:16Jaquez, Fontecchio on three.
30:19And it's good for Miami's biggest lead of the night and the Bulls' largest deficit of the season.
30:26Smith, no.
30:28And it's a 27-point margin at the end of three.
30:34The Bulls have not been in this position all year.
30:38They've got 12 minutes.
30:39All Miami Heat since the late stages of the first quarter.
30:43It's been an impressive, balanced effort from this Heat squad tonight.
30:47Well, it started with the aggressive offensive rebound second chance points in the very first quarter.
30:52And they got the Bulls on their heels.
30:54And they attacked the Bulls.
30:55They hit them right in the mouth.
30:57You know, you have Bam out of the aisle.
30:59Had a great first half.
31:00Ware had a great first half.
31:01They were the leading scorers.
31:02But, you know, guys like Davion Mitchell-Smith have come in and played well.
31:06Again, they're not at full strength.
31:09No Jovich, no Andrew Wiggins tonight.
31:11And Tyler Hero has yet to play a play in the regular season.
31:15He's expected to make his season debut on Monday, perhaps, when the Heat hosts the Dallas Mavericks.
31:21The Heat are in a rare road environment tonight, actually.
31:25They're in the midst of a 13-game stretch where 10 of their games are at home.
31:29This is one of those three road games.
31:34Harder turns it over.
31:36Harder, Gideon, Dosumu on a bio with Drew Smith, Fontecchio, Johnson, and Huckis.
31:49It's Fontecchio trying to shoot himself out of a funk tonight.
31:53Huckis grabs that offensive rebound on a 50-50 ball, and he earned it there.
31:58It gets two more.
32:00On a bio just stuck his paw up there and nearly got a steal.
32:02At some point, you've got to say, you know, we're going to do another game tomorrow.
32:09And how long are you going to leave guys like Gideon out there?
32:13Johnson Keller back for an ankle injury he had on the West Coast trip.
32:16Loose ball knocked away, saved by Carter, but two, Drew Smith.
32:22Huckis got met by Smith.
32:24No jump ball, but a block.
32:25Another block for the Bulls.
32:27Here's Gideon.
32:28There's Sibu.
32:30Carter.
32:31Open for three.
32:32Good.
32:32Carter.
32:33That one goes down.
32:57That's a long two for Jaime Jaquez.
33:00That pushes the lead back up to 28.
33:06Two minutes into the four, Heat dominating.
33:10Knock it down from half court.
33:12It's been a tumultuous year at times for the Miami Heat,
33:16including their head coach, Eric Spolstra.
33:19Benny knocks it down right before he's
33:22got to exit the floor.
33:23That is a true buzzer beater for Benny.
33:26Cue the percolator.
33:32And I'm all for letting Benny just vibe for a second.
33:35We mentioned, though, it's been a tumultuous month
33:37for Eric Spolstra, the Heat run road trip
33:39at the beginning of the month.
33:41And he came back to discover that his house had gone up in flames.
33:45Thankfully, his children were at their mother's at the time.
33:48But Spolstra got word while he was on the charter flight back
33:51home from a road trip that there was a fire on his street.
33:55He came home and realized, that's my house.
33:58So it's been kind of a scary month as Phillips gets blocked
34:01from the backside.
34:02But good to know that everybody in the Spolstra family was safe,
34:05more than most importantly.
34:07And that there's been a lot of support around the community in the Coral Gables
34:12and South Florida area for Eric Spolstra, one of the good guys in the NBA.
34:16Definitely.
34:17Definitely.
34:18Like I said, I was Eric Spolstra's first year in Miami with his responsibility.
34:23Eric Spontekio on a nice feed for Montabio.
34:25With his responsibilities where he worked his way up, man.
34:28He got it from the mud, it's like to say.
34:31Like he was doing basically working for free, you know, and doing the video coordinating
34:37and just, you know, spending time in there with the coaches, learning.
34:41His father was a coach and just learning, you know, behind Pat Riley and, you know,
34:46Stan Van Gundy and those guys like that.
34:48And it's turned out to be a very good Hall of Fame, Hall of Fame coach.
34:54Yeah, Hall of Famer for sure.
34:55Because if you look at the teams he's had and what he's done with sometimes so little,
34:59it's been very impressive.
35:01Assuming that this score or the margin holds will be win number 797 in the regular season.
35:11He's closing in on 800 if he's a 17th coach in NBA history to reach that mark.
35:18He's still young.
35:19He's still young.
35:20He's only 55 years old.
35:21Yeah, he's still got some years.
35:33Whistle, though, right before the shot clock expired and there was a foul called.
35:38They'll check to see if it occurred prior to the shot clock expiring.
35:42It would be on Williams.
35:44It would be his fifth.
35:46Again, there's those common sense switches, even though the game's the way it is right
35:51now, you have to have the common sense switch.
35:53You're not going to switch Jalen Smith on a guard and leave in the paint.
35:58Stay on, man.
35:59You see if the foul occurred prior to the expiration of the 21-second clock.
36:03We'll review that.
36:04Because what did they just do?
36:05They threw it right in the band.
36:06Yep.
36:07They took advantage of the mismatch.
36:09Well, that's, again, some of the understanding that it feels like Miami Heat teams in general
36:15have understood.
36:16Just talk.
36:17Just talk.
36:18No switch.
36:19No switch.
36:20Just talk.
36:21Hard show.
36:22Get back.
36:23Get back.
36:24There's no need to switch that.
36:25Leave a mismatch inside.
36:26This is what I hate so much about switching because, you know, the rule of thought is, is
36:30when you're switching, you're keeping guys on three-point shooters.
36:33Okay?
36:34After review, the foul occurred prior to the expiration of the 21-second shot clock.
36:39The game clock will be reset to 8.52.
36:42There will be two shots.
36:44So, so, you're trying to take away three-point shooting.
36:47But when you have a mismatch, you're constantly chasing.
36:51You're constantly running and trying to, you know, a mismatch in the paint between the
36:54big and small.
36:55The big, uh, uh, small and big.
36:58You're constantly chasing and playing from behind, and you still leave three-point shooters open.
37:03Yeah.
37:04Because how many times have you seen in the game, Adam, where the ball is swung, where the
37:07guard goes off the screen against the big man, gets to the paint, you collapse, they kick it
37:11to the corner, they swing it one more extra pass, guy wide open.
37:13Yeah.
37:14If you don't switch those, and you hard show and get back, you talk on defense, you don't
37:19have to do that.
37:20You can still stay on shooters and play defense the old-fashioned way.
37:24Get through screens.
37:25Get fight through screens.
37:26You always talked about your preference, and Phil Jackson's preference when switching
37:31screens, was only same size guys.
37:34There's Williams a three.
37:37And really back in those days, you know, switching, Johnny Bach, the late Johnny Bach would
37:41say, you know, switching is for, you know what?
37:43There's no switching.
37:44Play your man.
37:45If you want to play, get out and guard your guy.
37:48And that's how it was.
37:51Smith with the left hand, he drives in.
37:53Johnny Bach, the architect of what was known as the Doberman defense.
37:58Montecchio scores as Miami comes right back.
38:01There's some of the track beat that we expected tonight.
38:05The Miami's, you know, Miami's coming out with some fresh legs.
38:09They catch a Bulls team that has played a lot of games in a short period of time.
38:15They look sluggish.
38:16I mean, admittedly, and again, this is game four of five at a seven-day stretch, and every
38:19team has to go through these stretches.
38:21And a lot of teams that go through these stretches don't look all that far off from what we've
38:25seen tonight, but the NBA does not care.
38:28And I'm not saying the league.
38:29I'm saying every team has to deal with it.
38:31Nobody cares.
38:32Nobody's going to feel sorry for you, nor should they, because that's the schedule.
38:36I get it.
38:37I mean, we've had some schedules where we played four games or five nights, okay?
38:40But, you know, this team's had to play six games in eight days.
38:44I mean, that's ridiculous.
38:45And we've had to go on both coats.
38:46We've had to go on both coats.
38:47We've had to go out east, come back and play here in Chicago, and then take it back out
38:51west, and then come back and play.
38:52I mean, we got in.
38:53They got in yesterday at 530.
38:55You know, so, of course, and that was coming from Portland.
38:58And they had two really tough games after they played two games in four nights.
39:06I mean, it's tough.
39:07Back-to-back against Utah and Denver.
39:10Williams is fouling out.
39:12That is his sixth of the night.
39:14And was going to finish as an eight-point night for Patrick Williams, right around his average.
39:19And it's been a frustrating night for him as well.
39:24Assuming it is Williams, it is, as you look at the upcoming schedule.
39:28Toyota Let's Go Places.
39:29Washington tomorrow night on the back end.
39:31And, as we talked about, it will ease up a little bit.
39:34I think the next seven games, Casey Johnson told us, the collective winning percentage for
39:41the next seven opponents is below 40%.
39:44So, at least there will be a little bit of a lightness in terms of opponent.
39:49But, as Stacy has pointed out several times, and rightfully so, the Bulls have a tendency to play to the level of competition.
39:58Tonight, it's been all Miami, though.
40:007-19 to play in the fourth.
40:02Time left in this game, but a reminder, it is an NBA Cup game.
40:06A Bulls win would have been huge for their group standings.
40:09Milwaukee in first place right now.
40:10They play two tough road games next week with no Giannis at Miami, at New York.
40:15Guys, if they don't pull this off, it's going to be really tough, if not impossible, to advance to the knockout round.
40:19Yeah, it's the top teams in each group.
40:22There are six groups in the Emirates NBA Cup, so the winner of each group will advance to the knockout round.
40:28And then one wild card from each conference, and that's based off the tiebreakers.
40:33There's head-to-heads.
40:34That's when point differential becomes a factor.
40:36That's why the current score, 35-point margin, is huge for Miami right now, because that's going to help them in that column.
40:42Then you look at points scored in the group.
40:45Then you get down to, like, you know, last year's record, things like that.
40:49But the quarterfinals are played at home courts, semis, and the championship are played in Las Vegas.
40:55Cash prize for a lot of the players is a major incentive.
40:58But tonight, as you said, Stacy, not sure how many more minutes you're going to see the main rotation, guys, with another game against Washington tomorrow night.
41:05See that guy right there, Zach Collins.
41:06He'll add something when he comes back.
41:08Sure.
41:10And that's, you know, again, when you have an opportunity with these big lineups,
41:14you, you, you got to try them sometimes.
41:17They, they, they, the Bulls need a couple of giving it to Cleveland.
41:19Yep.
41:20It, it, it worked out well.
41:26The Bulls have relied on their depth, in particular, as the wing position this year.
41:30They try to outpace teams, and for the most part, it's worth, but, as Ruthie talked about right at the top of the broadcast,
41:36what does Miami do about as well as the Bulls, if not better?
41:39Yes.
41:40Let's pace you up.
41:41They're the number one pace team in the league.
41:43And.
41:44High deflection, high fast break.
41:45They get after.
41:46They get after you on the defensive end.
41:48That's what separates these teams, is that a bio hits one from distance to go up.
41:5239.
41:53Casey Johnson's got a tweet ready for a potential 40 point deficit.
41:58Listen, this is one of those games you, you, you just flush.
42:01I mean, it's, there's obvious reason why they're playing the way they're playing.
42:04They had some really tough games out on the west coast.
42:07I mean, back to back again against Utah, double overtime, turn around and, and, you know, really had no business beating Denver.
42:13I don't think anybody gave him a puncher's chance to win that game and was dominating it for three quarters.
42:19And then you play a Portland game where you have a 21 point lead and you had to fight at the very end to win that one.
42:25And then get up the next day and fly back to Chicago and got back at 530 yesterday.
42:30And then you got to play this team who's, you know, they're missing some guys, but, you know, they, they're a fresh team.
42:36I mean, they're, this Miami, they're one of the better conditioned teams in the NBA.
42:41That's another good point.
42:42You always talked about how, I mean, preseason camp with the Miami Heat was brutal.
42:47Oh, it was like Navy Seals.
42:48Yeah, seriously.
42:50That roddy board didn't play.
42:54You come out of the training camp, there wasn't no balls out there.
42:56Yeah.
42:57It's like you're just under conditioning, technically right from the very start.
43:01Seventeens.
43:04Smith, no.
43:05Larson the rebound, flipped it up and drew a foul.
43:10We're approaching the halfway point of the fourth quarter.
43:13We check in with Casey Johnson.
43:14Casey.
43:15Adam, these are going to be the 41st and 42nd free throws by the Miami Heat.
43:19That's going to be a season high for opponent.
43:21The previous season I came in a double overtime loss on Sunday in Utah.
43:25The Miami Heat are doing this in regulation.
43:27They also have 24 second chance points.
43:29This obviously on the heels of those 38 second chance points on Wednesday in Portland.
43:34I asked Billy Donovan pregame about the Bulls preparation this week.
43:38Because as you and Stacy have been talking about, this has been a weird week for the Bulls.
43:41They have five games in seven days.
43:43They stayed over in Portland Wednesday.
43:45Flew all day yesterday.
43:46Did not have a shoot around today.
43:48He said, we showed them film with a Portland game.
43:51And I expect a physical response.
43:53And obviously guys, we've seen the opposite tonight.
43:55This is something that Zach Collins return can help.
43:58But until then, they've got to figure out a way to get more physical.
44:01And Dosumu from the guard position obviously brings it to the lack of size
44:06relative to some of the guys that they're going up against.
44:09And also to Team Scout, Team C.
44:13You know, they saw what Portland did.
44:16So they just go for the offensive rebound.
44:19They don't box out.
44:21See right there, that's not a box out.
44:23That's a turn and go get the ball.
44:25Yeah.
44:26You got to turn and put a body on a guy.
44:28You can't just use your athleticism to jump and go get the basketball.
44:32These guys are pros.
44:33They're too good to me.
44:34Watch.
44:35Shot's going to go up.
44:37Look, nobody's here.
44:42Nobody.
44:43Too easy for Johnson there.
44:46Though it's a foul regardless.
44:48Jameer Young is out there.
44:49Former Chicago Bull.
44:51Played six games with the Bulls last year.
44:53He's guarding Jones.
44:55Kick to Carter for a three.
44:57That won't go.
44:58Nice rebound by Ware.
44:59He's got his 12th of the night.
45:01Kind of wonder if you're going to see
45:03some games coming in at some point.
45:05He's going to go tomorrow.
45:07Yeah, tonight Windy City was playing.
45:08He was assigned to the G League.
45:10They played Iowa tonight.
45:12That three goes down for Phillips.
45:15But Noah Senge is still the only, as you, I think you told me the first round pick.
45:19I knew he was the only lottery pick that had played with Bradley.
45:21The only first round pick that has yet to see the floor this year.
45:24He's got it.
45:25He's got it.
45:26He's got it.
45:27He's got it.
45:28Get in here.
45:29A little bit.
45:30Especially now with the injuries at the Bulls.
45:31You know, Modis turned his ankle.
45:33And, you know, when you get home tonight, that ankle's going to swell up.
45:36He might not be able to go tomorrow.
45:37But, you know, he's young, athletic.
45:39He's got a, you know, a very good bounce back.
45:41We've seen him do that before.
45:42But, you know, a back-to-back game and as many minutes as he's played, it can be tough to come back tomorrow.
45:49We'll see what Modis' feeling is after tonight.
45:53We'll get some treatment, of course.
45:55Another foul on the Bulls and what has been a choppy game all night long.
46:00The 26th foul on Chicago.
46:03The Heat have committed 18 fouls as well.
46:06It's been that type of night.
46:07You'll see Billy Donovan and Dan Craig, the former Miami Heat assistant,
46:10who's got a couple of championship rings on her sports game.
46:13Go!
46:14Go!
46:15Go!
46:16Go!
46:17Go!
46:18Go!
46:19Go!
46:20Go!
46:21Go!
46:22Go!
46:23Go!
46:24Go!
46:25Go!
46:26Go!
46:27Go!
46:28Go!
46:29Go!
46:30Go!
46:31Go!
46:32Go!
46:33Go!
46:34Go!
46:35Go!
46:36Go!
46:37Go!
46:38Go!
46:39That key.
46:40Count the basket and a foul look at that help right there by
46:46Johnson and then it tried to wag and try to take a charge.
46:53I.o.
46:54Continues to be a right spot made its first start of the season tonight.
46:58Or he'd been coming off the bench all year.
47:0015 points, 15 points, 16 forgetting 12 for Smith off the bench.
47:07I love I lost the bitch. I think she stays in that role. He has a chance to be six million
47:13Where with the jam I love him in that role because he comes in the game and he sparks you immediately
47:19in the game when he walks in
47:27He's been grateful too, but he hits a three-year
47:33Really can be a campaign for six man of the year
47:37You can imagine with Kobe white when he comes back
47:40More consistently that'll be in the starting lineup
47:44And those super would likely just head back to the bench
47:47But as you've talked about he's played in a lot of closing lineups this year
47:51He's been a key defender late in games. He's made huge shots
47:54of the fourth quarter this year
47:56There's Giddey
48:01Seven to shoot
48:03I own downhill
48:05He went right by the shot block for Ware
48:07That's one thing about Iowa. He's going to compete
48:1320 points and
48:17Johnson hits a three. Well, I tell you I've been impressed with Johnson. I've been impressed, you know, with Ware
48:25Johnson undrafted and he's turned into a nice rotation piece
48:29He's getting it's pretty well over here
48:34They took a flyer on Ware and he went the first round
48:38Saying that he was wrong
48:40You know they they thought he was a couple years away from playing they took a flyer on him and they have really developed him nicely
48:46Since they've gotten them and they had other options right around number 15
48:50The guys guys like Drew Smith and Keyshot Johnson and
48:58They remember they drafted
49:00Kaspersiaki Jonas out of Illinois
49:02He has yet to play because he's trying to work himself as a potential rotation piece this guy Larson
49:08another guy that they got the second round and picked up in a trade from houston
49:14listen, Pat Riley has always been a guy
49:17That's got guys from the cba the g league
49:22Guys off of the the scrap heap and make some miami players you go back to john starks go back to anthony mason
49:29Those guys played in the cba and they're key contributors to that new york mix team that had to get played for the finals
49:37Go back to the sean leonard who's at the cba minnesota rose roefer
49:41You know great player
49:43He picked him up
49:46That's where he goes down
49:48They're young and people don't remember that bruce bowen he found bruce bowen
49:52Bruce wong was in there in their uh system for a little bit
49:55Mike james
49:59There's a lot of good players
50:01Steal by larson
50:02He's got a free run away with holy
50:05Larson i think he's in a dunk contest six foot five
50:08I thought he took off a little bit far away and he still had the impressive elevation to finish that one
50:14Foul on myron gardner who's playing his second ever nba game a two-way player
50:19Really surprised getting in the game right now. Yeah as am I
50:24Pella
50:25Larson
50:26Larson
50:28It's like matt mcclung look out i'm coming
50:30He's got a little more size than back
50:33Stockholm sweden his dad christian was an excellent player in sweden he was part of the national team as well comes from a good pedigree
50:41Spent a year at utah after he moved to the united states he played one season with the utes and then
50:46Three strong years as a key contributor to a very good errors in a wildcat scene
50:52I'm with you on giddy why he's still in this game
50:58Just for some stabilization
51:01Reps on what has been the
51:04Ankle issue this year at times
51:06Let's get that he should be
51:09No reason i feel like he should be on the floor at this point
51:20Giddy double finds phillips
51:23Go giddy battling banking
51:26A minute to half left
51:29And right on cue giddy ends up getting hit in the face and it's a foul
51:36Well he's got 19.7 reach seven assists
51:40And 10 rebounds oh
51:42Wow he got the elbow it's certainly inadvertent like johnson didn't know he was there but man that is
51:48That is rough right to the nose
51:51I might i might take him out man
51:53I just don't know why you're you got him in the game at this point
51:57Unless you're going for a triple double but i mean
52:00It's a really silly thing to go for at this point in the game
52:02Here's smith that won't go garner the rebound
52:08A little night for the bulls bad turnover there by where they're
52:11Probably going to see their streak of 110 points scored come to a close
52:16Well they have a minute 20 to try to get there
52:19141 points from miami
52:23Impressive offensive night for miami tonight
52:25Well 54 points in the paint 26 second chance points
52:29Yep they got 14 fast break points and bench 54 points throughout so this is second time the bulls
52:36This season he looked with the first team to do it
52:39But then the free throw shooting 44 free throw shot to the bulls 26
52:45This has been all miami doing all the things that they do very well
52:51Maryland on maryland there as smith came over for the blind
52:56Frustrating chicago night
52:59As carter gets hit by gardner a couple of
53:05Tough physical moments for buzelis and okoro herder got ejected
53:12Which i still say was unnecessary
53:15There's no need for that i feel like that was a little quick on tony brothers's part
53:21Kevin kevin herder doesn't have that kind of reputation of being that kind of guy absolutely not you know so
53:26If you look at the you know when you go back to look at the monitor and said okay i understand they have rules about
53:32Taking care of the officials but it was clearly he's hitting that ball just out of frustration not at the official jesus happened to be there's the ball bounced twice to her
53:43Miami meanwhile with a very balanced effort tonight nobody had a 20 point game powell had 19 they had eight guys in double figures
53:51It looks like what the bulls would do and where was one of them he's the first with 20 tonight for miami
53:58On another dunk that's his fourth at least
54:01there's carter
54:02It's a three
54:04I'll tell you what man where where remind you like when be liked if he doesn't have the offensive game
54:10But the shot blocking there the rebound the athleticism is there he's only gonna get better as he gets more experience
54:18He's good at the post takes advantage of mismatches
54:22Almost got his own
54:24There's phillips that'll count
54:28Go getting rebound
54:30smith lays it in to beat the buzzer and that will take us to the end of the night with miami
54:35victorious
54:37a late first quarter surge
54:40Leading to a dominant miami win their third straight they hit the double-digit win mark they get a victory in the nba cup
54:48group play in east group c bulls fall to one and two in the cup
54:52And fall to eight and seven on the year that snaps their mini two game winning streak they've got another shot
54:58tomorrow night against the washington wizards
