00:05Today we travel to Spain to witness fear and mystery

00:09that's not inspired by horror movies, but indeed it is real.

00:16The mysterious kiss of Bilmes' faces is our today's story

00:21that revolves around the scary house that's located in the city of Bilmes

00:27in the province of Córdoba, in northern Spain.

00:32It is a house number 5 on Rodríguez Street

00:36and inhabited by the Pereira family,

00:39consisting of three members,

00:42Mother Maria, Father Juan, and Son Miguel.

00:48On August 23, 1971,

00:52while Mother Maria was in the kitchen,

00:54she noticed a dark spot on the kitchen floor.

00:59She tried to clean it, but it wouldn't go away.

01:03And during seven days,

01:05this dark spot in the kitchen floor

01:08turned into a picture of a human face.

01:14This face never disappeared,

01:17no matter how many times Maria tried to clean it,

01:20which made her very uncomfortable,

01:23and she asked her husband and son

01:25to do something about it,

01:28so they decided to break the floor

01:30and totally remove it

01:32and replace it with a new layer of cement.

01:36After a week,

01:41another face appeared

01:42on the new floor,

01:45and again,

01:46the father and the son destroyed the floor

01:48and made a new one,

01:50but new faces kept appearing.

01:52Until one day,

01:58the new spread

01:59all the way to the mayor of Belmese,

02:01and he asked the family

02:03not to break the floor

02:04this time

02:05so he can witness the faces himself.

02:10Scientists started to study the floor,

02:13and they came up with one result,

02:15and it was that there is no reason

02:17for these faces to appear.

02:19More faces started to show on the house floor,

02:24and it was scary

02:25that they were all looking directly

02:27at the family members.

02:30In 1972,

02:32more scientists and tourists

02:33were investing the house,

02:35and they were so eager

02:36to discover something

02:38that might be supernatural.

02:42Scientists came up with multiple theories

02:44about the house,

02:46but the one that makes sense

02:48the most to us

02:48is that there is a cemetery

02:50below the house,

02:51and there is a reason behind that.

02:55A document dates back

02:57to the 17th century

02:58was found by Professor Agrimoza,

03:01which showed that

03:02the governor of Granada

03:03killed five members

03:05of one local family

03:07in Belmese.

03:10According to the professor,

03:12the location of the murder

03:13and burial

03:14was the Pereira House,

03:17the House of Faces,

03:19so he decided

03:20to plant microphones

03:21under the floor

03:23of the Belmese House

03:25in hope to catch something

03:27the human ear can't hear.

03:32Everyone was shocked

03:33with the results

03:35when the microphones

03:36recorded many sounds,

03:38including the voice

03:39of a child.

03:41Professor Agrimoza

03:42described the sounds

03:43at the sounds of hell

03:45as he was able

03:46to catch some phrases,

03:48such as,

03:49hell starts here.

03:54It is still buried.

03:57They are all here.

04:00They are all dead.

04:02And we are all suffering.

04:06After that,

04:07the floor was removed

04:08and the full survey

04:10was carried out

04:11to detect that

04:12there are human remains

04:14and skeletons

04:15with heads

04:16and without heads

04:17buried under the house.

04:19After examinations,

04:21they found out

04:22the age of the skeletons

04:23dates back to 700 years ago.

04:26The remains were removed

04:28and the floor was re-poured,

04:30hoping the faces

04:31will not appear again.

04:33However,

04:33a few weeks later,

04:35the faces resurfaced again.

04:39It's 2023

04:40and the house still exists

04:42and faces still appear

04:44and tourists continue

04:45to visit

04:47as it's now considered

04:48a tourist site.
