00:05Hey guys, I'm Neha Joy, and I'm breaking down this weekend's box office numbers on today's THR Charts The Breakdown.

00:13So Furiosa landed the number one spot with $32.3 million for the four-day weekend, but that's not saying much.
00:20The Mad Max prequel is actually the worst Memorial Day number one opener in almost three decades.
00:25This is Vic, my father.
00:27The Garfield movie also debuted this weekend and clawed its way to number two with $31.2 million.
00:33Garfield's main family pick competitor was John Krasinski's If, which came in at number three with $22.3 million for its sophomore outing.
00:41The Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes came in at number four with $17.6 million.
00:45And rounding out the top five is the Ryan Gosling, Emily Blunt star, The Fall Guy with $7.9 million.
