00:00Today's the day we say goodbye to my baby.

00:03I'm just scared. I don't want to hurt him.

00:06I'm just on my way now to the doctors just to make sure I am making 100% the right decision.

00:11Sadly, after their discussion, they were left with only one choice.

00:15I can't keep this little baby.

00:18He's not going to have a great life and if a life at all.

00:22He's sick. He's a really sick little baby.

00:24They had only one option to go down medically.

00:26My decision is to terminate.

00:30Today is termination day for my baby.

00:33If it was my choice, I wouldn't have wanted to go this far along.

00:36But obviously, we had lots of unanswered questions.

00:39He won't have a good enough life on the outside.

00:42Trying to not cry too much as well.

00:45Because crying just makes it feel worse.

00:47So I'm back home after being in the hospital for quite a few hours.

00:53This was only step one of a harrowing journey towards one of the worst things she'll ever have to do in her life.

00:59They let me see him before and that's him.

01:04And I asked to hear his heartbeat so I could get it on record so I can make a teddy bear with his heartbeat in it.

01:13I was so scared.

01:15I was crying and I was scared of the pain.

01:19Scared of the pain that could cause him.

01:20The belly now after the procedure.

01:23My stomach is very tender, very stiff.

01:26Kind of like run out of tears.

01:29But I want to cry.

01:31And I feel sick.

01:32I also had a lot of back pain.

01:33But I think that's just me and my arms hurt from the injections as well.

01:40There's no coming back now.

01:42Because of the late termination, she still has to do the unimaginable.

01:46Give birth.

01:47Got to get everything ready today for my little baby boy to get ready for birth.

01:52This is absolutely heartbreaking.

02:24These are Lizzie's own words on the birth of her angel baby boy.

02:28Arthur was born at 4 a.m., was cuddled, then got put on a cold bassinet to keep him from perishing fast.

02:35My baby was cold, but it didn't matter because I was there with him.

02:38I was allowed to keep him for as long as I needed.

02:42My baby was born sleeping, and now I need to organize his cremation and everything else that may come next.

02:48I'm not okay.

02:49I'll never be okay.

02:51But for the sake of my family, I just need to be strong.

02:54I birthed my angel baby, Arthur.

02:57Nothing can hurt me more than that.
