The United Nations Security Council has adopted a U.S.-drafted resolution endorsing President Donald Trump’s plan to end the war in Gaza and authorize an international stabilization force. The resolution passed with 14 votes in favor and none against, while Russia and China abstained. Both nations criticized the text, arguing it fails to give the UN a clear role in Gaza’s future governance and hands too much control to a U.S.-led transitional authority.

03:52At the outset, allow me to express our opinion.
03:58We acknowledge the efforts undertaken by President Trump in advancing peace worldwide, but we underline that genuine peace in the Middle East cannot be achieved without justice.
04:20Justice. Justice for the Palestinian people who have waited for decades for the establishment of their independent state.
04:32The resolution must be represented by the international rights.
04:37In the sense of the President, the President gives the blessings to the American initiative under the honest words of Washington,
04:44giving the sector Gaza to the purchase of the World Council and the international civil rights,
04:49about the modernity of their work, which we do not know yet.
05:48And under President Trump's bold leadership, the United States will continue to deliver.
