Hours after U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin unveiled a bold Gaza peace plan, reactions poured in from across the globe. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu endorsed the proposal, while French President Emmanuel Macron welcomed Washington’s effort but urged Hamas to release all hostages. Italy and Germany praised the deal as a path to stability, and Pakistan’s Prime Minister voiced support after being named by Trump during the announcement. In a major move, foreign ministers from Saudi Arabia, Jordan, UAE, Türkiye, Qatar, Egypt, and others issued a joint statement backing the plan, urging reconstruction in Gaza and opposing Palestinian displacement.
