These bite-sized pastries may look fancy, but they couldn’t be easier to whip together. In this video, Amanda shows you how to make jam-brie puff pastry bites using fig jam and buttery puff pastries. This three-ingredient snack comes together quickly, by enclosing the jam and cheese in each puff pastry before baking in the oven until puffy and golden brown.

00:00Jam plus brie and puff pastry say less. They look fancy, but they're secretly so easy. Roll out your puff pastry and cut it into little squares. Press each one into a mini muffin tin. This is where the magic happens. Spoon in some fig jam, then tuck in those pieces of brie. These guys are the best and they do the best cheese pulls. Fold the corners up like tiny gifts. Chill them so they bake up extra flaky, then watch them puff, melt, and turn golden brown in the oven. Sweet, buttery, creamy, and just a little tangy. One bite and poof, they're gone.
