01:30Ben and Leighton, hoş geldiniz.
01:32Welcome to Bullseye.
01:34Now, you're friends from work, aren't you?
01:36We are.
01:37What did you both do?
01:38I'm a special ACA and Leighton's...
01:40I'm the head of year.
01:41Alright, so who's the boss?
01:43Um, I'm the boss and unfortunately that is how we met.
01:45So Ben came for an interview.
01:47And what did you think of me, Ben, when I interviewed you?
01:49I wasn't keen, I'll be honest.
01:50Was he not?
01:51No.
01:52Very smiling, not my cup of tea.
01:53What was he doing?
01:54Just being himself, I suppose.
01:55LAUGHTER
01:57And are you two a competitive duo?
02:01Very much so, yeah.
02:02I call him the baba, because he doesn't like losing.
02:04What do you do when you lose?
02:05Normally get a taxi home and storm off, but...
02:07Not happening tonight.
02:08I know, I know, I know.
02:09You're sick.
02:10And so, Leighton, how long have you been throwing darts?
02:12I've been throwing since about 13, really.
02:14So, it's like an inclusive sport.
02:16I'm blind in one eye.
02:17It's called morning glory syndrome, unfortunately.
02:20Stop it.
02:22This is I.
02:24I was shocked when my mum told me as well.
02:26I've got an optic nerve in the back of my eye.
02:29And then, so I started throwing that to be inclusive.
02:32Got dartitis in my right eye, so now I throw in my left.
02:35Dartitis?
02:36You know what dartitis is, don't you?
02:38Yeah, it's a feeling that you can't let go of the dart.
02:40A bit like the yips in golf.
02:42Right.
02:43I don't know if there's a cricket equivalent.
02:44There is in cricket, actually.
02:45Left arm spinners, they get the yips.
02:47Same sort of thing, they just can't let go of it.
02:49Yeah, it's the fear we're missing.
02:50Is that what it is?
02:51Trying to win too much.
02:52Listen, what are you hoping to win tonight?
02:54To be honest, I'm trying to win some prizes for my missus.
02:57I got engaged over the summer holidays.
02:59Oh, congratulations.
03:00Thank you.
03:01You're doing tonight, Ben and Leighton!
03:04Thank you, Leighton.
03:05Rachel, Megan, welcome to Bullseye.
03:10Megan, you're a landlady, and Rachel, you're the customer, aren't you?
03:14Yeah.
03:15So, what's the pub code?
03:16Do you want to get a big shout-out?
03:17It's the Dronefield Arms, nice little pub in Dronefield.
03:20Where's Dronefield?
03:21Sheffield, not too far from the city centre.
03:23OK, Rachel, you're very smart, making friends with the boss.
03:26How did that come about?
03:27Well, it's always good to keep a landlady in your pocket, isn't it?
03:30Too, right.
03:31Really.
03:32Lots of lock-ins, lots of extended bar tabs, lots of pints that get forgotten about being put on a bar tab.
03:38So, yeah.
03:39That's one way of throwing me under the bus, isn't it?
03:41She's just lost her licence now.
03:43Megan, how do you get rid of stragglers at the end of the night?
03:47I tried to be ever so polite at the beginning and just be like,
03:50come on, guys, it's time to go home.
03:51But the staff are the funnier because I'll be upstairs, customers won't leave,
03:56and they'll turn round and they'll say, I'll go upstairs and get Megan if he's not leave.
03:59Oh, right.
04:00And then they're all off.
04:01Make clear out, no bouncers needed at all.
04:02Yeah, no bouncers needed at all.
04:03Yeah, no bouncers needed at all.
04:04Megan, if you need a bouncer.
04:05Oh.
04:06LAUGHTER
04:07Yeah, he does it at the early learning centre.
04:10LAUGHTER
04:12Wow.
04:13And obviously you're throwing tonight.
04:15Who do you play for?
04:16I don't play in the league at the moment.
04:18I used to when I was at home in Ireland.
04:20Me and my mum played in the All-Irelands Doubles Championship
04:24and we got to the semi-finals and the people who beat us actually went on to win it,
04:28so I do like to boast like that sometimes.
04:31Good luck, Leighton.
04:32There you go.
04:33LAUGHTER
04:34Good luck tonight.
04:35Ladies and gentlemen, Rachel and Megan!
04:37Thank you.
04:38APPLAUSE
04:39Oh, a big welcome to Jim and Henry from Blackpool.
04:41I've spent many a family holiday in Blackpool.
04:43It's like the Vegas of the north, isn't it?
04:45Absolutely.
04:46Yeah.
04:47And, Jim, you're an engineer in the military, aren't you?
04:49I used to be an engineer of military projects, yeah.
04:52Oh, what do you do now?
04:53I'm a vicar now.
04:54Oh, right.
04:55Yeah.
04:56That's quite the career shift.
04:57It is a bit, isn't it?
04:58It's like mine from playing cricket for England to Bullseye.
05:00LAUGHTER
05:01I'm not quite sure which I'm worse at, to be honest.
05:04I'm just trying to work it out myself.
05:06Oh, cheers, Jim.
05:07Thank you.
05:08LAUGHTER
05:09It's a Preston Blackpool thing.
05:11Oh, yeah.
05:12Michael Darby.
05:13Yeah.
05:14What do you make of that, Henry?
05:15It's a bit of a change.
05:16When I'm at uni, like, meeting new friends around the table at pub,
05:19everyone's going around doing, oh, what do your parents do?
05:22Accountant, a builder, all this.
05:24And then I just tend to say, oh, he used to make bombs,
05:27and now he's a vicar.
05:29LAUGHTER
05:30You always thrilled with that.
05:32And Henry, you're close to your dad.
05:34Did you ever go out in Blackpool together?
05:36We've been out the odd time, yeah.
05:37Where did you go?
05:38Oh, there's a great establishment called Nobby's.
05:41Nobby's?
05:42Yeah.
05:43That's a song of choice, Jim.
05:44Sweet Caroline, it has to be, doesn't it?
05:45Really?
05:46Yeah.
05:47Sweet Caroline.
05:48Wah, wah, wah, wah.
05:50There you go.

21:20Now you've had an incredible year. Apart from being on Bullseye,
21:24what has been the highlight?
21:26What are you laughing at?
21:29There's been so many achievements,
21:31but for me, being the world champion was the one for me.
21:34I always dreamed of that as a kid, you know.
21:36I thought, if I could ever be world champion,
21:38that would be dreams complete.
21:39So, yeah, that was the ultimate goal for me and I completed it.
21:41So, this was the next thing to do.
21:43What's it like being on that stage with all them people behind you,
21:46singing and dancing, dressed up in all types of outfits?
21:48Similar to this lot.
21:50It's a great feeling.
21:52Obviously, at the start, you're kind of enjoying it and it's fun
21:54and you look out into the crowd and you see so many crazy people,
21:57you know, but when you're up there playing,
21:59you're so focused that sometimes you miss all the good costumes
22:01that are out there now, unfortunately.
22:03Now, Luke, are you up for taking on Bully's Charity Challenge?
22:06100%. Of course he is.
22:07Really looking forward to it.
22:08OK, let's find out what charity you're playing for tonight.
22:11Jim and Henry, you're currently in the lead,
22:13so Luke will be playing for your charity.
22:15Please tell us all about it.
22:16Street Life in Blackpool.
22:18Street Life's a homeless shelter right in the middle of Blackpool
22:22and it caters for youngsters, 16 to 24-year-olds,
22:25that just need a bit of help.
22:27Any money coming into that organisation is very well spent.
22:30Fantastic, please.
22:31APPLAUSE
22:33Richard, over to you.
22:35Well, yours on Freddie's Bullseye Charity Challenge
22:38is to go around the clock and hit every number from 1 through to 20,
22:42finishing on the bullseye.
22:44APPLAUSE
22:45Now, Freddie, you can hit any part of the correct segment,
22:49but Luke, you must hit either a double or a treble
22:52or a treble in the correct number to progress.
22:54You have 180 seconds and time is up when you hear this noise.
23:01Thank you, Bully.
23:02So when Bully moves, we'll multiply whatever number they reach by 100 pounds.

41:47Rachel and Megan have now got a big decision to make.

42:04They've got the fridge freezer and a year's supply of frozen food,
42:07VIP tickets to the darts, the carpet cleaner and the Instax camera.
42:12But the big question is, do they want to risk all those prizes
42:16to take on one final challenge?
42:18Score 101 or more with six darts and the golden dart,
42:22and they'll leave here with the prizes and Bully's mystery star prize.
42:26Get less than one-on-one and they'll lose the lot.
42:29You've got the time it takes, the board to revolt,
42:32to make your final decision.
42:34Oh, do you want to help them out?
42:36CHEERING AND APPLAUSE
42:40What are you thinking, Rachel and Megan?
42:46I think we're going to have to do it,
42:48but it's all on Megan, really, because...
42:50Oh, what the pressure on me now.
42:51I know, I know.
42:53It's all going to be on you.
