00:00Now that ProtonPass is installed and ready to go, let's take things a little further.
00:11In this video, I'll show you how to set up your first login, create secure notes,
00:17and how to use email aliases to keep your inbox safe. Let's start with the basics,
00:23adding your first login. When you log into a site, ProtonPass automatically detects
00:28the fields and prompts you to save the login. Click Save, and your login is securely stored
00:33in your ProtonPass vault. And the next time you visit your site, ProtonPass will autofill
00:38your credentials, making logging in a breeze. Tired of entering your credit card details
00:44every time you shop online? Let's set up a card. Navigate over to the ProtonPass dashboard,
00:50select Add a new item, and choose Card from the options. Enter your card details and click
00:55Save. Just like that, you've streamlined your online shopping experience while keeping
00:59your data safe. It can be frustrating having to hand over your email for every purchase
01:07or discount, knowing many companies will spam you from the moment you hit submit. But ProtonPass
01:13has a way of keeping your email private. Instead of using your real email, ProtonPass generates
01:18a random alias that forwards to your inbox. It's great for newsletters, online trials,
01:24or any site you don't fully trust. The emails will land in your default address, but you can
01:29also add it to multiple inboxes. This gives you responses sent to your email address of choice
01:35without giving it away. And if you ever stop trusting the site, you can simply disable the
01:39alias. ProtonPass isn't just for logins and passwords. You can also use it to securely store
01:47important notes. Your notes are encrypted, so only you can see them. They're perfect for
01:52storing things like license numbers, codes, or personal reminders. You can take things
01:57a step further by attaching files directly to your notes or other items in your vault.
02:02It's possible to attach multiple files, up to 100 megabytes total. Need to store a copy
02:06of your passport, driver's license, or a backup of your tax returns? Just add it to an item,
02:12and everything stays in one safe place.
02:16Finally, let's talk about identities. ProtonPass lets you store your personal details, like
02:21your name, email, phone number, and address, all in one secure place. This makes filling
02:27out forms online faster and easier. With ProtonPass, managing your digital identity is as simple
02:33as it is secure. If you found this video helpful, hit that like button, subscribe to our channel,
