00:24and have space to create on their own as well.

00:27And so Ava, I think Ava trusted me and the other actors as well with the research of our characters.

00:35She wrote the script, yes, but she understood that I spent a lot of time learning who Corey Wise was.

00:43So rather than her giving me exactly what to do and saying, no, this has to be that, that has to be that,

00:48she allowed me to play and there was a lot of moments where she said, you know Corey,

00:52you know Corey way better than I do.

00:53How would Corey, you know, respond to this or how do you think Corey would react to this?
