ABANDONED GOLF COURSE BROUGHT BACK TO LIFE IN JUST THREE MONTHS

WITH VID

By Sam Pringle

Watch as a once-abandoned golf course officially reopens after an incredible three-month transformation.

Tye Nichols, owner of Fairway Fields in Maine, USA captured this exciting update as he did a soft launch of the newly restored property.
Visitors can now book the simulator bay, use the fresh grass range and relax on the porch while taking in the views.

The clip highlights stunning before-and-after comparisons from only three months ago, showing just how much progress Tye has made.

Tye shared the video on social media, where supporters praised the dramatic revival. One user commented: "It's looking so good, and it’s been so fun to follow along on your journey.”
Another added: “Yes, man, great work! Can’t wait to see what you keep doing with this place. ”

00:0081 days ago I made my first video about buying this abandoned golf course. Today
00:04we are officially open. You're gonna be able to book the simulator bay, you'll be
00:13able to use the grass range, grab some Jocko fuel, then just hang on the porch
00:24and enjoy the view. We're considering this a soft launch. We've barely scratched
00:29the surface with what we want to do down here. We have fairways to restore, greens
00:33to restore, we've got this old garage to turn into an Airbnb and so freaking much
00:39more to do. Super proud of everything we've gotten done, especially in the
00:42time frame that we've gotten it done. You just look at the before and afters from
00:45three months ago, I mean it's insane. So if you want to book the simulator go to
00:49fairwayfields.com, book online there, pay when you get here, come use the grass
00:53range anytime you want. Be on the lookout for some merch. The support for this
00:57account and what we're doing down here has been absolutely insane. Thank you so
01:01much. We will keep you updated.
