Watch as a determined man repeatedly tries to smash a watermelon on the ground only for the stubborn fruit to refuse to crack.
The amusing moment was captured by Dong Hongguang in Shangqiu, Henan Province, China.
The video shows an elderly man squatting outside a small shop with a large green watermelon in his hands. He repeatedly slams the watermelon against the hard ground, putting all his strength into each attempt.
Despite his efforts, the fruit remains completely intact, leaving the man increasingly baffled.
