00:00It's a crisis that I don't think anyone really anticipated.
00:03When I applied to med school in 2015, the idea of not having a job was kind of unfathomable
00:10as a doctor.
00:11Unfortunately, we're now in a position where almost the majority of doctors after their
00:15Foundation Year 2 training, which is the second year outside of med school, are facing unemployment.
00:20There's very few options left for doctors.
00:22All I see is more and more doctors going unemployed.
00:25Doctors that have seven years of high-quality, taxpayer-subsidised training, which is really
00:31important to focus on within the NHS, going unemployed, leaving the country.
00:36A lot of friends that go to Australia stay in Australia because they can get employment
00:39there.
00:40They get really good training there.
00:41The system is better for doctors working out there in terms of the strains and also the
00:45pay.
00:46Ultimately, I think anyone can put two and two together that if we constantly see this erosion
00:52of the workforce, erosion of fair pay, it's only going to go in one direction, which is
00:56not going to be a positive one.
00:57And that's why we're out here today in the rain trying to fight against it.
01:01This is booger than the injectedeter.
01:10You got big money.
01:12It's not going to be a preponderance, I'm using majorOTHIZER.
01:13It's a bigger book that has been working equally well forefAL who already have in
01:19many days.
01:19And it will do it.
01:20Theזה gazelle is going to be an essential part of three seven weeks for also.
