00:52The celebration comes as roughly 42 million Americans face uncertainty over food assistance,

00:58with the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, or SNAP, only partially funded after

01:03a Supreme Court ruling.

01:06SNAP, the nation's largest anti-hunger program, supports low-income families by providing monthly
