00:03Justin Fields, he was terrible in the first half today.

00:06Jets offense was nonexistent, Ty.

00:08Fields, 3 of 6 in the first half for 6 yards.

00:14With an interception, he also took 2 sacks.

00:16Now in the second half, he went 3 for 5, 48 yards.

00:19That is a little bit better there.

00:21He also threw for a score.

00:23So my question here with this anemic offense,

00:26should Aaron Glenn continue to put Justin Fields out there

00:29as they're trying to compete and win games,

00:31even with the Jets winning here today in spite of him?

00:34Hold up.

00:35Let's just start with something that I find to be quite amusing.

00:38You just said he was better in the second half

00:42and then outlined him being better was 3 of 5 for 48 yards,

00:47and then you squeezed in there and he threw for a score,

00:50which tells you it wasn't just a bad half.

00:53He was awful in this game.

00:56Now Justin Fields deserves a lot of credit

00:58for what he did against Cincinnati

00:59in the face of all that adversity, man.

01:01The owner comes out and destroys him.

01:03And I think that even non-Jet fans were rooting for him

01:07because what Woody Johnson did was so slimy.

01:09But you got to keep it a buck, man.

01:12He was awful in this game.

01:13And I thought, and the broadcast hinted at it too,

01:16that there was going to get to a point

01:18where you were going to have to pull him

01:19because we saw in Denver

01:21the Jets were hesitant to pull him

01:24in a game that they desperately should have done that

01:26in order to win that game.

01:27But as far as the quarterback question is concerned,

01:32you know we're not going to get any answers from Aaron Glenn.

01:34But I think you start him this Thursday against the Patriots

01:38because you're coming off of a win.

01:41But if you get to halftime,

01:43and it's similar to what we saw today,

01:45how do you not go to Tyrod Taylor?

01:48I just can't imagine that if you're a head coach

01:51trying to win football games

01:53to keep this team locked in and dialed in

01:56because there's still a second half of the season to go,

02:00that you're going to run Justin Fields out there,

02:02especially because of how awful he's looked.
