00:00We continue in the United States. A federal judge in Oregon on Friday blocked Donald Trump from deploying National Guard troops to Portland.

00:07District Court judge in Oregon, Karine Imago, had Trump-appointed, blocked the deployment of National Guard troops to Portland.

00:15In her final ruling, Imago determined there was no evidence of widespread violence that would justify federal intervention.

00:21She found that protests near Portland's immigration and customs enforcement facility were predominantly peaceful.

00:30Earlier this week, Imago had already prevented the Trump administration from deploying the National Guard to Portland,

00:37stating that she found not credible evidence that protests in the city had to spare a lot of control.
