00:08Judge Gary Immergood said there was no evidence that recent
00:13protests called for the presence of National Guard troops. A ruling which
00:16will remain in effect until at least October 19th came a few hours after
00:20California Governor Gavin Newsom announced he would sue President Trump
00:24over the planned deployment of his state's troops. Newsom added that the Trump
00:28administration is unapologetically attacking the rule of law, ignoring
00:33court orders, and treating judges as political opponents.
