00:009-1-1
00:07I just got home and I opened the door and my husband's dead on the floor.
00:14Is he awake?
00:17I don't know. I can't do it. I can't look.
00:20Okay. Can you take a deep breath from me and go in there and see if he's awake?
00:26Yes.
00:27Do you feel like that's something you'd be able to do?
00:32I can't do it. I can't do it. I can't do it.
00:36Okay.
00:46Every suspect accused of a crime has the right to remain silent.
00:51Many agree to be interrogated anyway, but they can stop the interview at any moment.
00:56Making it a race against time.
01:00Justice hangs in the balance.
01:02That morning, I was dispatched to a call of what's called an investigated death.
01:19That's where someone dies outside of a doctor's care.
01:22And when I showed up at the house, Kelly Baker was sitting on the front step side of the house.
01:30Kelly told me that she had come over to the house expecting her husband, Randy, not to be home and at work.
01:37She had gone in the house.
01:39She had gone in the house and had found her husband on the floor.
01:45And he was deceased.
01:46When I went into the home, I found Randy.
01:54He had a little puddle of blood underneath him.
01:58I could see Randy's phone, and he had some fast food bag and a drink cup that had spilled from a local restaurant.
02:08He had purchased a meal, it appears, and then fallen on the ground and hit his head.
02:13Kelly told me that Randy was suffering from some serious health conditions, and she thought Randy might have passed away due to some cardio issues.
02:24They announced that there were two bullets in Randy's body.
02:40One was in his skull, and another had been shot into his chest.
02:48Once we found out that was a homicide, we were really in the dark at this point in time as to who had shot Randy Baker.
02:54I always described him as like a big teddy bear, because he was 6'5", like 260 pounds.
03:09So to everyone, he seemed very intimidating.
03:13But to me, he was so loving.
03:17Every night, my entire childhood, we would write notes to each other before bed.
03:22So I would leave it on my nightstand, and he would switch it.
03:27Most of them were about how proud he was of me, and I'm going to love you no matter what.
03:34My dad was actually very quiet about his past.
03:38But what I do know is, once his mom died, he was 18 years old, and that led him down the road of alcohol and drugs.
03:48My aunt, Carol, told me she's the one who took him to rehab, and he finally got clean before I was born.
03:56And that's when he decided to become a drug alcohol addiction counselor.
03:59He graduated with his master's when I was 4 or 5.
04:03So, growing up, you saw the light in him helping other men.
04:08And you could tell it was a huge validation for him in love and passion.
04:14Kelly revealed that they had been married for many years, but now they were separated.
04:32And that she was living with a lady named Terry Lager in a town just south of Greeley.
04:37But that she would come to the home during the day and operate her hairstylist business that she ran out of the basement.
04:48We walked through the house and asked Kelly if anything looked out of place or if anything was missing.
04:55She said there was nothing else in the house that seemed out of place.
04:59But she pointed out that she couldn't find Randy's car that he would have driven home in when he returned home from work.
05:04I contacted his co-workers to see if possibly someone had given Randy a ride home, but was told no that he hadn't.
05:24They collected video from the treatment center he worked at and found what time he left work.
05:30And then I found the drive-thru video from the fast food restaurant, and that showed that Randy, he had driven himself home.
05:41The restaurant's about a 10, 15-minute drive from his house on the other side of Greeley.
05:46And based on the evidence that we have, that Randy likely drove home, went into the home, and was shot and killed.
05:53The restaurant's about a 10, 15-minute drive from his house on the other side of Greeley.
06:23is when that occasion comes to reveal how he died, to observe and document the reactions of the person you're talking to.
06:33Hey, I'm going to go through all this with you, but it's just we're going through everything with the kind of fine-tooth comb.
06:41So, Tuesday, were you working at the house?
06:44Yeah.
06:45All right.
06:46And what time did you get out of there?
06:505.30?
06:53Okay.
06:545.45 at the latest, and I walked out with my client.
06:59Did you go anywhere?
07:00Did you go out at all, or anywhere else?
07:02I stopped in that house before I went.
07:04Before you went home?
07:05To Terry's house, yeah.
07:07Okay.
07:07In Tocco.
07:08All right.
07:08So, you're separating, what was the reason for the separation?
07:14I knew him very sick, and he'd been very sick for a long time.
07:17He had cardiomyopathy, and he was diagnosed in 03.
07:22The doctor just gave him five years, so he didn't make the best of it, and that was in 2003.
07:28So, in 2017, he'd been in a hospital several times, just very weak, very tired, very grouchy.
07:44And I go tell him, don't call me a bitch.
07:47You know, I'm taking care of you.
07:48I'm feeding you.
07:49I'm taking care of your clothes, your house, your car.
07:54Okay.
07:55And then I just said, at that point, I'm done.
08:01Initially, you're thinking, well, maybe he is grumpy because he's sick or something like that,
08:06but she's basically putting her dead husband in a bad light,
08:11which is the last thing I think someone in that situation would do.
08:15And I was really surprised by that.
08:17Did you have any kind of weapons in the house, firearms, or anything like that?
08:28No.
08:29Do you own any kind of firearms?
08:31No.
08:31Okay, so I take that back there.
08:39I have two 90 millimeters and a shotgun, and it's a chariot.
08:46And I took them out because I was afraid that Randy would do something to hurt me.
08:51And I'm not trying to be rude.
08:58Why would you answer that you didn't have any if you had three?
09:02You're kind of freaking me out.
09:09I guess I didn't realize there'd be a lot of questions about my personal life and stuff.
09:14Did Randy pass away from a heart cell?
09:17There are a lot of questions, and that's why I'm asking so many,
09:22because stuff has come to light since then.
09:29Do I live in a chariot?
09:31Am I in trouble?
09:32Right now, that's what I'm saying.
09:34I'm just trying to get information about this, okay?
09:37Okay.
09:38So, like, with the guns, I'd rather have to just be honest with me
09:43and say, lying to me about it.
09:44Sorry.
09:45Okay?
09:45Yeah.
09:47In this county, it's more often than not expected that you have guns.
09:52And so a question like that is innocuous.
09:55And yet, for some reason, Kelly opted to initially deny that there were any firearms.
10:01And you said you took them because you were concerned that he would do something to you
10:06or him or both, or what do you think?
10:08Both.
10:08That may mean he had made the statement that he would, if he ever found out I was with somebody,
10:14he would kill me, them, and himself.
10:17And since the split up, have you started seeing anybody or anything?
10:27Do you know, has Brandy started seeing anybody?
10:29No.
10:30Okay.
10:30Can I just wait in here for a second?
10:35Sure.
10:36Do you need me to do the bathroom or coffee or water or anything?
10:38No.
10:39All right.
10:39I'm John.
10:51How are you?
10:53How are you?
10:54Just a quick introduction.
10:58I'm a detective at the police department.
10:59Just have a bunch of stuff to follow up on.
11:02Were the car missing and those types of things?
11:04His phone can offer some answers to us.
11:08And what I'm asking you as the person who pays the bill on this phone and kind of the owner
11:13of this phone is if you would consent for us to go through this phone.
11:17Yeah.
11:18Okay.
11:19Would you allow us to do the same with your phone?
11:21I have a question.
11:22I don't know.
11:23I don't know.
11:24Why?
11:27Are you under arrest?
11:29No, you're not under arrest.
11:30We're doing an investigation.
11:32Okay.
11:33Okay.
11:34You're not under arrest.
11:35I'm just sorry.
11:37I don't.
11:38I understand.
11:40Okay.
11:40And I want to explain to you, the coroner is ruled that the man or Brandy's death is a homicide.
11:48To me, he was my protector.
11:57He always tried to tell me, like, I am proud of you.
12:01And I just remember he would call me at least once a week and be like, life's hard, Betty,
12:06but you're amazing.
12:08Like, I am so proud of you.
12:12In days when my husband and I are fighting and arguing about something stupid, I would call
12:18him and he'd be like, well, this is marriage.
12:21He just always spoke to my heart.
12:24And that's what I miss.
12:29Being a mom and a wife is really hard.
12:32But he made me feel like I could do anything.
12:37I think.
12:59Okay.
13:00Your husband is a victim of a homicide.
13:03Okay.
13:03So that is why I'm asking a lot of tough questions right now.
13:07And that is why I'm going to ask you for your phone.
13:10Okay.
13:11So I'm sorry to be the person that has to tell you that.
13:16However, it's sometimes it's just, it's not the fun part of my job, but it's what we do.
13:22She appeared to start crying.
13:34However, Detective John Kinney would notice no tears.
13:39I was extremely suspicious of her at that point.
13:44Do I have to continue?
13:46Do I have to keep going?
13:47Do I have to keep going?
13:47Do I have to keep going?
13:47Do I have to continue?
13:47Do I have to keep going?
13:52I can't force you to do anything.
13:56Okay.
14:13Kelly, the reason that I want to ask you these questions is because I think that you could
14:19provide some insight to who did this to him.
14:23Do you have to answer anything, Kelly?
14:31Take as many as you need and wait a few more.
14:38I will try.
14:39So, I know you don't want to answer the question about if you've been seeing anyone or doing
14:50anything like that.
14:51Eventually, someone says something and we figure out who it is.
14:56So, is there someone?
15:04We have Carrie's brother.
15:05You want to break her?
15:13Okay.
15:14Okay.
15:14So, is it part of the reason for your breakup?
15:20Mm-hmm.
15:21So, what happened after?
15:22Mm-hmm.
15:22Okay.
15:23I'll be right back.
15:27It just seemed like she was telling a lot of small things.
15:35lies that she didn't need to.
15:38That raises big red flags when you're investigating a case.
15:42It leads one to think, what else hasn't she been truthful about?
15:46Do you know what I'm answering or some of the follow-up questions that I have?
16:09She's really apprehensive about Detective Kinney taking her cell phone.
16:13She's really apprehensive about Detective Kinney taking her cell phone.
16:20She essentially just shoved it across the table.
16:21There are things that aren't adding up.
16:23We were all wondering if she was, in fact, involved.
16:24We were all wondering if she was, in fact, involved.
16:25We were all wondering if she was, in fact, involved.
16:26We were all wondering if she was, in fact, involved.
16:27We were all wondering if she was, in fact, involved.
16:28We were all wondering if she was, in fact, involved.
16:29We were all wondering if she was, in fact, involved.
16:35We were all wondering if she was, in fact, involved.
16:36We were all wondering if we were all wondering if she was, in fact, involved.
16:42It's a long day, and then we've got a lot on you.
16:43Okay, and I'll be in touch, and, uh, um, what's going on?
16:44We were all wondering if she was, in fact, involved.
16:45We were all wondering if she was, in fact, involved.
16:49It may pan out down the road that Kelly has nothing to do with this.
17:18Okay.
17:19But she's raising her hand, saying, look at me as a suspect, and we need to clear her,
17:25uh, of any wrongdoing.
17:30Carol said that she had, uh, been in the house the night before,
17:47as she cared for the dog while Randy was at work, but had left prior to Randy coming in.
17:53We were hoping Carol Baker gives us insight into what happened to Randy Baker.
17:59I'm going to shake your hand, but my name is Mike.
18:03It's the reason we asked you to come down.
18:05Um, it's one we just wanted to check in, let me see how things are going.
18:09But for the most part, it's kind of a, it's a hutan, quite honestly.
18:16And so the evening of Tuesday, August 15th.
18:20Do you have any recollection of what time you left the house?
18:23I went over there at 6.30 and I was there five minutes at the most.
18:28I just went in there, got the laundry, put the dog away, and then that was it.
18:31I always helped out with everything, with my new brother being sick.
18:34And this was 6.35, 6.40.
18:37Where'd you go from there?
18:39Went over to my aunt's house.
18:41Not very far from there.
18:43Manly handicapped and I spent the night with her.
18:46Did you see anybody suspicious in the neighborhood?
18:48Did you see any cars?
18:49No.
18:50Okay.
18:51But I was in a hurry to get back because, you know, I didn't want to leave her too long.
18:55All right.
18:56Did the door stay open while you were in the house?
19:01No.
19:02I'm not positive.
19:03But since I got older, I can't remember things.
19:06Part of this investigation is looking at cell phones.
19:09So I'm going to have to take a cell phone.
19:11I'm not sure Kelly told you we took the risk for a little while.
19:14It's next in line, that's all.
19:16Yeah.
19:17Carol was, by all appearances, extremely helpful in answering any questions with law enforcement.
19:23At this point, we have no indication that she was involved.
19:26But let's not turn our backs on anyone.
19:29At this point in time, the entire city of Greeley is a potential suspect.
19:34Do you have a car?
19:35Yeah.
19:53They learned that both Carol and Kelly deleted their cell phone text history the day that
20:02Randy Baker's murdered.
20:04But even if it's deleted, a lot of times things are still on there.
20:08In the coming days, we would recover a lot of cell phone data.
20:14What I'm finding is Carol and Kelly had an extremely close connection.
20:20It was astronomical, the number of text messages exchanged between the two in any given day.
20:33And they would disparage Randy.
20:36Carol helped support Kelly's hatred.
20:39And these two little hens would just bicker about Randy.
20:43And it was upsetting.
20:48I was struck by a couple of their text messages.
20:52Around the end of July, Carol sent a phone number to Kelly.
20:57And that phone number comes back to a person named Kelly Raisley, who goes by the moniker Grizz.
21:03And it turns out Kelly Raisley is Carol Baker's son.
21:11I learned that he had recently ended a prison sentence in Greeley.
21:16And was out of custody living in the Denver metro area.
21:22There was conversations just outright without hiding his name.
21:26There's comments like, yes, he'll do it. I promise you he'll do it.
21:35Talks of he'll do it for $10,000 or a Harley Davidson.
21:41There was discussions showing that Grizz was coming up to Greeley to collect the motorcycle after Randy was killed.
21:48There's a ton of evidence pointing towards his involvement in the conspiracy to commit murder.
21:54It appears he was intimately involved in this homicide and Kelly and Carol were behind all this.
22:09I've never seen anything like it where someone's own sister and wife conspire to kill him and get his nephew to do it.
22:17It was huge, but I was still lacking in certain evidence that Grizz was our actual trigger man.
22:27It was frustrating. At that point, finding Randy's car was one of the top priorities for the investigation to see where we would go to next.
22:41It was frustrating. At that point, finding Randy's car was one of the top priorities for the investigation to see where we would go to next.
22:53We tracked those individuals down and spoke with them and they revealed to us that a guy named Mark Reisley had given them the car on the night of the night of the night of the night of the night.
23:11we tracked those individuals down and spoke with them and they revealed to us that a guy named
23:18mark raisley had given them the car on the night of the murder and when they discovered through
23:25media accounts that the car was connected to a homicide they dumped it in the location where we
23:31recovered it so they looked into him and turns out mark raisley when you look at his family lines
23:38is carol baker's nephew
23:41it was a big break in the case when we learned mark raisley had it we were trying to link
23:51well how did mark raisley get it
24:08mark raisley said that the night of the murder randy's car was parked in front of carol baker's
24:25house and carol baker was texting mark raisley get rid of it either on facebook or at a chop shop but
24:31you just needed to get rid of the car and mark raisley said grizz wanted randy's car burnt
24:38i believed him when he said it mark raisley was helpful in answering any questions at this point
24:44i believe grizz murdered randy at the direction of kelly and then took the car to his mom and carol
24:49baker helped get rid of all the evidence now i had to prove this
24:53i devised the plan
25:22and i created a fake photo array in this photo array her son has been placed in position number two
25:31we're hoping carol would think that kelly baker came in and said her son did it if she felt like
25:38kelly baker double crossed her then she's going to just give up the whole story then and probably
25:43blame kelly baker more than anyone else we went into the interview room and i'm orchestrating this
25:51puppet show and unfortunately forgot to turn on the video in the room but i had my redundant backup
25:57audio recording going the entire time so like chris told you we wanted to show you a photo array
26:05we talked with kelly what about so i want to see if you recognize anyone in this array
26:12my son
26:18so when carol looks at this array she sees her son she was clearly shocked her eyes grew wider
26:46her um her mouth twitched did you see him at all the day randy was killed
26:52no he he was going to work in wyoming the last i heard what time did he have to get to wyoming on
26:58august 15th i don't pay attention to that stuff the day randy died didn't call you text you anything like
27:05that no what's his relationship with randy nephew but i mean what's it like they were really close
27:14i mean his whole life randy was his idol did he come to the funeral no i don't even know if he
27:21knows it oh really you haven't you never reached out to him to tell him that a guy he loved died
27:27i couldn't find him you know there's no i have no number no nothing okay how long had randy on that
27:33pontiac the car what a while why was it at your house an hour after he died
27:39it was so it would have been what 50 minutes five zero minutes after randy probably died no
27:50who's mark raisley my ex's brother's son do you talk to mark not very often mark raisley said you
28:02texted him the night randy was murdered and asked him to come pick up the car and get rid of it
28:06no you didn't tell him too bad you don't know where a chop shop is
28:10now there's a lot of stuff we know quite honestly carol so i i'm just hoping that you're telling me the
28:16truth instead of being scared and not wanting to tell me the truth did kelly raisley come to your
28:22house in that car she doesn't respond but she nodded her head and now i'm just going to keep
28:29throwing the questions as quick as i can to see how far she'll go and so what did he say exactly
28:34kelly he goes i took this car but i don't want it did kelly tell you that they wanted the car burned
28:41he might have and did you ask him why do you have randy's car i said how'd you get this why
28:50wouldn't you tell me all this kid your kid you're trying to protect him mama bear i get it i've done
28:59it for his whole life but he killed your brother but i didn't know it suspected everything when she
29:07started to confess i just wanted to keep it going for as long as she's willing to let me
29:11to get evidence uh further implicating kelly and grizz and exploiting just how deep she was in this
29:18conspiracy why did you wipe your phone clean i don't even know you know the funny thing about
29:25cell phones even though you press delete a lot of stuff stays inside of them and in kelly's kelly baker's
29:33phone a lot of the stuff she deleted stayed there she's your best friend she tells you everything
29:42you exchanged 4 500 text messages with kelly baker from june 1st up to the murder she discussed
29:52murdering randy with you why would she do this why would she kill him wait for him to die
30:00she has been 14 years and she just didn't want to wait any longer
30:06he was unbelievable to live with so in july when she's planning this murder did she meeting with
30:15kelly raisley is she not in front of me when we were in the room watching it live one of the other
30:23officers looked up and said the light's not on it's recording sound but not picture
30:27so one of the other officers quickly turned on the video
30:31who was with kelly in the house when he murdered randy
30:35nobody was there just kelly it had to be just kelly well you know you know when we've been talking
30:44you know that they planned this out you said that right
30:47you didn't shoot your brother no
30:50but how do you know kelly raisley was alone in the house when you murdered randy
30:55just was
30:58was he in the house randy baker's house when you left
31:02no
31:03he was i didn't see him
31:05you remember one time in a text message you sent to kelly baker that you fantasized about randy
31:10sitting in his home alone when somebody broke into the house through the back door
31:15and he would just sit there and scream like a little girl
31:17remember saying that
31:19i guess my questions now are kind of what role did you play in randy's work
31:26when you play a role
31:45when you pass messages from kelly raisley and kelly baker you knew they were planning the murder right
31:52i think i need an attorney
31:59you do
32:00okay
32:01well you're under arrest for first-degree murder and conspiracy first-degree murder you're going to be processed
32:07transported to the well county jail and booked in
32:09you have no bond warrant you'll be seeing a judge i would assume sometime tomorrow
32:16and we'll move on from there
32:18and we'll move on from there
32:19thank you
32:23i had some concerns that carol might not give up as much information
32:30as she did but detective prills interview techniques led to her talking
32:37and she gave us a lot of information that helped the case
32:44you
32:51when kelly was transported back to the police department i wanted kelly to actually walk
32:54past carol in the interview room we wanted to see what kelly's reaction would be
33:01we'll be back with you in a minute carol
33:08they locked eyes they both saw each other and realized now that both of them are in custody
33:14for this so i'm leaving both sides to believe that the other gave them up
33:20now we switch carol out and put kelly in the room
33:27hey kelly
33:32spoke with carol for quite a while
33:34i advise her of her legal rights uh just to see if she's willing to talk
33:38she had two options give me more lies or confess
33:42uh having these rights in mind you wish to speak with me now
33:45i didn't care
34:06it didn't hurt the case
34:09you don't have anything to say
34:11see you later
34:18so now we have kelly baker
34:47carol baker
34:50and kelly raisley
34:51in custody for this
34:52but an arrest
34:54does by no means
34:55halt the investigation
34:57we are seeking justice
34:59and we continue to collect vast amounts of evidence proving their guilt
35:02months later
35:15kelly raisley ended up sending me a few letters
35:19and it's clear
35:22he wants to talk to me and provide information on what happened
35:26and so we arranged with his attorney that if he tells the truth
35:30uh the only benefit he would receive is that we would not pursue the death penalty
35:37he is
35:44he's a big guy
35:45he's a killer
35:46my concern is this entire setup is a means for him to either attack chris or i
35:53uh
35:54hoping for a chance to escape
35:56so i laid out the room in such a way to put barriers up in case that was something he did
36:03but i'm laid back and casual with him because he asked for this
36:09it was an opportunity for me to have a lot of unanswered questions finally answered
36:14were you approached ultimately and talked about what you get paid for doing this
36:21yeah it was uh i was approached through my mom but it was via
36:29tell me we'll give you the ten thousand dollars
36:32okay
36:33and ran these motorcycles
36:34and so how do you know specifically that kelly baker wanted your help in killing branding
36:40paraphrasing
36:41you know the um that she couldn't take it anymore
36:45that
36:46you know she basically either him or her and she was willing to do anything
36:51to kill her
36:52to kill her
36:54to kill her
36:55yeah
36:56she made me she made it look like she was you know the victim
37:14i said well don't worry about it i lost it forever
37:21he said that he was very very close to randy growing up he was the only father figure
37:27uh grizz ever had
37:29but these two women convinced him that randy was abusive
37:33and then with eerie almost fascinating detail in this quiet room
37:40grizz detailed the murder of randy from start to finish
37:44how did you get to the baker house that day
37:46how did you get to the baker house that day
37:504-1
37:51okay
37:52did she accompany you into the house
37:54no
37:55so she didn't leave
37:57yeah
37:58what were you gonna do
37:59uh
38:01turn
38:02and then
38:03make it look like a
38:05suicide
38:06but i didn't hear the garage door open
38:08because it's raining
38:09and i
38:10something
38:11my peripheral vision
38:13come
38:14and what happened
38:15i got a little .2 in my hand already
38:18and just from the feeling the way i was feeling there
38:21and i spun and fired
38:23you said in the letters
38:25it's important to you to relate i think
38:27through me that whether or not he suffered
38:30no he was
38:32he was
38:33when he fell
38:34when he collapsed
38:35he was
38:36to my
38:37knowledge he was unconscious
38:38okay
38:39my mom became
38:41trapped in the middle of
38:43whatever she was being said from kelly
38:46i feel like i got played
38:49did these ladies think they were gonna get away with this
38:53apparently yeah
38:57and i decided
38:59you know
39:00they were in order to find
39:01you know
39:02it actually
39:03and the way i indicated
39:05it
39:06say it was 13
39:07yes
39:08i started to panic a little bit
39:10because i think the garage door was open
39:12and so
39:13i was like i just
39:14i'm just gonna get out of here
39:15and so then i uh
39:17took the car over to my mom's
39:19and then
39:20she goes well how did you
39:22how did you
39:23how did you do it
39:24so i didn't know what to tell her
39:25and i said you wanna
39:26you know
39:28honestly i'm
39:29i'm kind of pissed
39:30because i've been putting
39:31like i feel like i've been putting
39:32a bad spot anyway
39:34sure
39:35and then she says uh
39:37or
39:38and then i tell her
39:39exactly
39:41and what's her response to that
39:44i think i'm really sick
39:46which
39:47that's why i
39:48left pissed off
39:49you know she makes a sound like you did something
39:51you turn me into the animal
39:52but you're the one that's pushing it
39:54because i could have just
39:56saved the g6
39:57and
39:58left
39:59completely
40:00and just came back from the stolen eye
40:02um
40:03but it was more of a
40:05kind of a
40:07you're gonna get your hands ready
40:09so you made that decision from the house
40:11and you get your mom involved
40:16interesting
40:19so ultimately how much were you paid
40:23and then uh
40:24thirteen
40:25and a bike
40:26and the bike
40:27and the bike
40:35obviously
40:36grizz's confession was massive
40:38but i think every interview
40:40especially in this case
40:41big or small
40:42produced evidence that was necessary for the ultimate arrest and conviction
40:47kelly raisley pled guilty to first-degree murder and got sentenced to life without parole
41:08carol baker plead guilty to conspiracy to commit first-degree murder she received thirty years in prison
41:15and kelly baker was made no offer we tried her she was found guilty of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit first-degree murder and is serving life without parole in the prison
41:26anybody who could orchestrate another person's death especially utilizing uh somebody's own family member is is a psychopath
41:46i'm thrilled to know that kelly baker will never see daylight again as a free person nor her nephew and nor will carol
41:55justice has definitely been found in the realm of crime and punishment
42:02but randy baker's daughter woke up this morning without her dad
42:08so in that sense there is no such thing as justice
42:15but ultimately we recovered randy's motorcycle
42:18and we were able to bring that bike back to betty
42:22and that was huge for me
42:25it was almost like the book was closed they were all in prison but he was coming home with me a little bit
42:33it's in a garage and i'll go when i miss him and just sit on it and talk to him
42:38my youngest was sitting on his motorcycle the other day
42:41and i'm like god he would have been so happy to see like one of his grandchildren on his motorcycle just loving life and i found like peace in it like dad you like raised me and now i'm raising four almost five other little kids like that might not have got to know you but they know you
43:04i know you
43:07i know you
43:08me
43:10you
43:14you
43:17you
