00:00I don't want to move into somewhere that's just a dump where the toilets
00:17don't flush the windows don't open nothing works let's get on with it hammer it down
00:22that camera out what can go wrong what's this saying about polishing a turd although a turd
00:32with loads of potential to our new house making it now the real work begins just ripping it apart
00:49with my bare hands i am planning to run this year's london marathon to raise money for the institute
00:56for cancer he said i'm currently in hospital waiting for the prognosis he's going to be
01:04out of action for everything thank you for coming my mom is just a lifesaver
01:19it's now been a month since jasmine and john got the keys to their place
01:33and after a few weeks of doing temporary work to make it livable they've been able to move in
01:40all the work that we've done up until now is really the bare minimum i don't think we've
01:46even really scratched the surface because now the real work begins
01:55box fizz
01:58bit of a treat isn't it cheers cheers
02:03it's the morning one
02:07even nice to be eating breakfast outside in november
02:09i know what a win everyone's at home with their like gloves and scarves and hats and everything
02:18i think what we need to work on maybe we're trying to isolate areas to do you know rather
02:24than doing it as one big build because we're living here and because of potentially because of
02:28cost although i know lots of people say it's cheaper in the long run to do it in one one big
02:33guide i don't think we have that luxury i think we have to live here we can't afford to go into
02:37another rental which is one of the reasons we're now living here so camping semi ready state
02:49we're going to try and tackle the renovation floor by floor which is slightly foolish but uh
02:54we're going to start on the first floor get the kids room sorted and move on from there the second
02:59phase will be the basement the reasoning behind that is we think if we put a little seating area
03:08maybe a little kitchenette down in the basement then when we go on to phase three which is going
03:13to be the living room kitchen ground floor we can live downstairs because we're living here we don't
03:21want it to disrupt our lives too much and they want to have it all done in less than eight months time
03:28and i had the great idea of maybe we should throw a party to celebrate a kind of housewarming party
03:36because i don't feel we can have a housewarming party in this state but it would be nice to get
03:42everyone to come over and celebrate with us once the house is finished
03:50so with that plan laid out and a party to organize on to their first task removing a wall out on the patio
03:58while it might not be the most essential it certainly looks fun the previous owner had started
04:06an extension of the patio so it only makes sense to finish it off
04:12a new side wall has already gone up reclaiming part of the lower level driveway
04:18but the old wall still needs demolishing and the floor needs sorting too
04:22just ripping it apart with my bare hands
04:31i tell you what it's a really good workout for your shoulders and your arms
04:37because who needs to go to the gym
04:41i was kind of hesitant about taking out this wall initially because
04:46basically these tiles lovely blue and yellow tiles all around the patio
04:52were chosen by the lady that used to own this house we'd have to have tiles to go all around that
04:59bit and we just we don't have more of them i just you know i think about the person who's
05:06she's chose them with love and put them here and then i'm just smashing them to bits which feels a bit
05:11wrong
05:16having found knocking down the kitchen wall so satisfying let's not hang around let's take out another wall
05:20this is going to be absolutely lovely but it does make you look at it and go this is going to be massive isn't it i mean
05:34it makes you keeping this wall it makes you instantly realize how big it's going to be
05:40well unless you want to unless you want to take out a wall that's probably structurally holding
05:45up half of the house that's holding up the terrace above it oh yeah
05:53imagine it's your husband
05:58i just thought i've got i can't smash it to bits with these tiles on let me have a go
06:03this isn't my first wall knocking down rodeo this is number two
06:08go on john it's kind of like therapy you know you could do anger management courses with demolition
06:14walls
06:22with that mood boosting activity complete it's time to focus on priorities
06:28starting on the first floor there are two bathrooms a couple of balconies a sun terrace
06:35a spare room and jasmine's priority i'll be than joy's bedrooms
06:42oh joy it's it's going to be lovely your room isn't it
06:46hopefully
06:47for the kids to feel like this is home and for them to have some ownership of their own home we really
06:56want them to be involved in getting excited about the renovation and especially about their own bedrooms
07:05so we're kind of giving them a bit of a free reign to do whatever they can imagine in their own bedrooms
07:12what plans have you got or ideas well i'm planning to have
07:20a rain foresty themed bedroom and then what i'm thinking a little hammock on the ceiling just there
07:28to put like teddies on or something because i have so many you said like a
07:34rope sort of hammock or something that would be nice in the rainforest for sure
07:39and across the hallway
07:40tell me what's your idea for how you'd like your room to look
07:46i want it to look like a rainbow broke into the house and vomited on it
07:56are you serious yeah
08:01so when when i think of rainbow vomit all i can think of is like a big swirly mass of different
08:08colours all mixed up together is that what you want yeah i was not expecting albion to come out
08:15with the rainbow vomit theme i don't know where he got it from i know he likes bright colours he loves
08:21yellow so i kind of thought he might want some sort of quite sunny bright room but rainbow vomit
08:30well it just shows what a great imagination he's got and he's full of ideas and full of fun and i think
08:38his bedroom will reflect that part of his personality
08:53is mommy just getting the minion ones yeah i am at the moment but look there's some here albie can pick
08:58albie i got the plastic one it's hazel gonna pick one she looks absolutely petrified for things
09:07she doesn't like it
09:12that's tiny i'm just hidden amongst the oranges fresh orange
09:17i don't like orange fresh orange
09:20another one what are you gonna make your own lemons
09:23lemonade
09:27as the whole family settle into their new life in their new home the build continues with the current
09:33focus being the first floor home to the kids bedrooms we're currently working on albie's room
09:38and part of the plan with his room is to open up access to the balcony next to his bedroom
09:43currently only accessible from the hallway so a new doorway is needed so this is where you can start
09:49the door from so it has to be from here to here which is 80 centimeters including the door frame
09:56um which is basically a standard door size but can i find a door in that size no and if we have to
10:05have doors custom made not only is it expensive but it will also take much longer so i'm in a bit of a
10:14conundrum about what to do to be honest with the door a messy first floor job they're keen to start
10:21with no actual door on site yet builder carlos and his team are turning to tasks in other parts of the
10:28the house like prepping the patio feeling quite frustrated today in fact there was a little accident
10:37with the fiber optic cable the fiber optic cable got run over by the compactor by mistake and so i
10:46needed to get that fixed as a priority because on monday the concrete's getting poured over that patio
10:54which meant that i didn't get some other stuff done so now i'm just worried that next week
11:02if i don't get these doors in time i don't know what carlos and martin are going to i don't know what
11:10they're going to be doing um because that was the plan for next week was to get those balcony doors done
11:23the next morning an old friend of john's who's holidaying in the area is popping around to say
11:32hello hello lilyana was married to hairy biker dave myers for more than a decade before he sadly
11:47passed away from cancer just over a year ago thank you lovely to give me so welcome thank you this is
11:53your this is your new room this is our building site while it's the first time jasmine and liliana
12:00have met john has known her for years having worked on dave's cooking shows for around 15 years my
12:07friendship with dave meant the world to me and he often spoke about jazz and lil meeting when he was
12:12alive which we never got around to doing so when lil came over to see the house and to meet jazz for the
12:17first time it was great i do admire what you started because it's not easy to start something
12:24in the new country have you done renovations yeah we've done done before and most of the time on my
12:30own really has it happened because dave was uh working david was working sounds like sounds familiar
12:38and he would come home and say oh my darling we have a beautiful home don't we yes now go and put the
12:44curtains up no jamie oliver doesn't have to do it in his house why should i remember very vividly when
12:53dave called me with his cancer diagnosis and you know it sort of blew me away and you know that was
13:02one of the reasons we decided to up sticks and live for the moment oh my god look at this face
13:08i like it it already looks like a home yes it's got a soul it's got it does doesn't it oh do you get
13:17that i do and you know if i was showing someone around this house i'd say listen you know you've
13:22got to realize there's a lot of work to be done here i'd probably warn them off but when we walked in
13:27we just thought it's got so much potential come and have a look at this lil very inviting swimming pool
13:35oh well i can imagine how it's going to be when it's going to be inviting yeah have a dip
13:41do you want to do our lemon tree or big lemons yeah that way it's like we're living an actual
13:46place in the sun episode it is it's an amazing space what's not to like about it oh it's good
13:52isn't it it's that it's all done to give the kids an adventure and yeah so it's you know life's
13:58too short and yeah well we know that don't we yeah we do i mean that was yeah exactly you know i know
14:07john lost a very good friend in dave and i also lost a good friend around the same time john and i
14:16both lost friends to cancer um dave myers was one of them lil's husband and johnny erwin was the other
14:26johnny and i started our careers in television together we kind of grew up together in in this
14:32industry and losing him and seeing him taken away so soon far far far too soon it's been so hard
14:46even harder for his wife and his family
14:49it just doesn't seem fair johnny was always up for a laugh life and soul of the party
15:02for us it was kind of a bit of a wake-up call you think you have to do those things that you're
15:08dreaming about i know that dave was always the one who would say go for it do it yeah yeah he never did
15:15he never did anything by halves no no him johnny there are i mean 100 of them moments where you
15:21just go oh right you don't know what's around the corner and with that john and liliana take a stroll
15:29down to the beach that house is all about the location that's the reason we bought telling i can
15:36totally understand why you and jasmine chose this this corner of the world to be in living somewhere like
15:42this is a bit more about trying to have an outdoor lifestyle and you know get more exercise
15:49and as dave knew i had run one or two marathons foolishly um but i am i am planning to run this
15:58year's london marathon to raise money for the institute of cancer research oh my god it's massive
16:03thank you you're very welcome being able to run the london marathon in memory of dave and jaz's friend
16:11johnny uh is awesome it means a lot to me i've got three months to run along this beach and get ready
16:17for the marathon as if i didn't have enough to do already being able to show lil the house the plans
16:27and the beach with dave having been such a driving force and factor for us coming out here it means
16:34it means a lot it means a great deal so whilst i am super anxious about the fact i haven't really
16:39started training what a better place to to train for a marathon than here
16:56today we're going to call marcia she's an interior designer and um john's known her for years and
17:10years and years and they're good friends hello in spanish hola hola i think there are always going to
17:18be some worries about using someone from the uk equally if we were using someone local we'd have
17:27different worries so i think it's just the question of finding someone that you trust and that you
17:34think will be able to listen to your requests and respond accordingly our priority today with marcia
17:41i think is to look at the first floor mainly the kids bedrooms they have quite a strong opinion on what
17:48they want so we just need a bit of guidance from someone who knows better than we do this is our
17:55son's bedroom albion's bedroom we are looking at putting a doorway just here in the corner he really
18:01likes this bed it's the only piece of furniture pretty much that we brought with us from the uk
18:08because he was so attached to it to be honest the interior stuff is the stuff that i get really much
18:15more excited about i love to be able to choose all the different little details and just enjoy
18:23finding little amazing things that are just perfect for that space his idea for his bedroom and these
18:32are his words marcia he said he wants it to look like a rainbow has vomited in his room
18:39that's amazing it'll make it feel like home for them yeah because they've been moved to another
18:47completely different landscape completely different country that will be theirs this is something they've
18:52done so that's albie's room so that gives you plenty to think on i think with that loads i'm hoping
19:00that she's got the vision to be able to do what we want here i'll take you through to joy's room
19:10um so you can have a look her idea is she wants a jungle theme i think we can make it look really
19:18amazing with lots of plants and she wants to have a kind of hammock for all her soft toys amazing
19:27now this is joy's very own rooftop terrace it's huge big isn't it look for scale that's like la
19:41so she's got ideas for out here as well like maybe um those kind of hanging chairs so she can sit and
19:50read an egg chair yeah she she likes the idea of that something quite cozy and she's also mentioned um
19:57i don't know how feasible this is or how much we will indulge our children but she said she'd like
20:03a river out here but maybe some yeah i'm thinking a river might be a water feature i'm thinking water
20:10feature these rooms that we've just shown you are our first priority mainly because none of them need
20:17much architectural change i think it's an amazing amazing house it's such a lovely find so i'm really
20:23excited for you thank you thanks marcia we thought if anyone can help if anyone can help you can
20:30thank you see you later bye adios we had a really really constructive video call we talked about the
20:38different styles and the different things that we envision happening in each room so hopefully we'll
20:44get some quite nice designs back to the build and the lack of materials such as the door needed to
20:51connect albion's bedroom to the balcony is starting to cause holdups we are very inexperienced with
21:00renovations and you know i just found out what a balcony door is called it's a balconera
21:07i didn't know that so i was searching online but not searching for the right thing so the whole thing
21:12has been a learning curve however there's no time as jasmine's got to head off to work for a few days
21:21leaving john and carlos to muddle through
21:29this afternoon we were slightly a lack of things to do so rather than sit around and not do anything
21:35we've decided to rip out a family bathroom in anticipation of fitting the new bathroom suite
21:41new tiles etc the only small issue is we haven't chosen a new bath suite new tiles etc yet
22:03despite already being pretty busy with work family life and of course a rather large home renovation
22:09john now has just a few months to train for the london marathon i've done one or two long runs
22:17marathons before for charity and it's nice it's good to be able to do something in people's memory
22:23it's good to be able to it's good to let you know let their legacy raise a bit of money for charity and
22:29yeah and it's good john is running in honor of friends dave myers and johnny irwin i also think
22:38running is very good for mental health it's good to get out and get out and have the motivation to
22:45get out into the fresh air and run come on come on astro let's do it this training run is the first
22:52run i've probably been on in six months let's do it let's do it come on come on come on come on
22:59you always start you always start with a strong start astro pulling me
23:04then you always end behind me first few kilometers are always trickiest to try and stop yourself from
23:11having a quick shuffle or a quick walk uh but yeah it'll be fine
23:16i am looking forward to my first run along the paseo on the beach i mean what a better place to
23:25do a run than here i managed to get sort of uh i think eight or nine kilometers in which is great
23:35considering i haven't trodden on the pavement for six months i'm getting fun
23:41after a few days away on a place in the sun shoot jasmine's now back
23:50while john with the help of their builder carlos has managed to fairly successfully gut the family
23:56bathroom i mean we had no plan in place for replacing the bathroom yet but hey who needs bathrooms a little
24:06surprise for me not quite sure how i feel about that it's fine because we did want to put in a
24:12new bathroom the problem is now we've got an empty bathroom and obviously we've got carlos here we need
24:21to find things for him to do but we're just not ready we are not ready so it's a little bit stressing me out
24:27the plan today is for me and john to go and hopefully find some beautiful bathrooms tiles
24:36taps all the whole shebang we need everything i hate shopping unless it's online i'm not a massive
24:44fan of shopping though oh wow look at these
24:47a bit too bling very very custard our soul gold tile but that yeah that color force it i love that
25:00though i would i don't know but that kind of color tap honestly it's giving me a headache already i think
25:09the problem that i have is you know i think the grass is always greener so i might see something really
25:15nice and then i think well i need to look around more i need to look around 10 different shops to
25:19make sure i've got the exact right thing that i want i mean there's just so many options and they're
25:24all you know there's a lot of nice options this is why you need conviction this way you just need to
25:30make a decision on color this is what kind of floor you want and then you have and then you nail it
25:36down okay otherwise just walk around aimlessly for hours can i have a quick look at just at the rest
25:40before i make my decision and you just follow along yep
25:56wood effect floor wood furniture
26:03it's not plumbed in
26:04i was like just having my legs hurt after that run this morning having not enjoyed the first
26:11bathroom shop that much i was a glutton for punishment and agreed to go to a second bigger
26:16posher bathroom shop
26:19swanky
26:23very posh
26:25if jazz is happy with how things look then uh then so be it let's let's crack on and buy
26:30it's all very dark very masculine sort of bathroom but i must say i like that tap
26:38do you have any preference for the style of the loose square round flat top i think our next step is
26:47to have a look at some of the brochures because there are loads of other things that they don't
26:52have in the stores you know there's no way they'd have room to display everything we need to order a
26:58lot
27:07back at the house it's the weekend and the kids need entertainment
27:14tomorrow morning the concrete truck is coming to fill in the the new bit of patio and we thought it'd
27:23be a really fun idea to do a time capsule so we are together with the kids putting a few
27:29things in there little pictures and they're decorating some stones from this year um which we think
27:38will be just quite fun and quite exciting i'm writing astro dog aged two and a half and i'm writing hazel
27:45cat um aged one dear finder my name is joy and i'm 11 years old and i live here in the costa del sol
27:56the current year is 2025 self-driving cars have been invented ai is growing fast and clothes skin care and
28:04makeup are increasingly expensive i hope that the planet still exists and mankind hasn't killed
28:09everything else joy should we put a few coins in as well from our currency yeah put a credit card in
28:19i'm not putting my credit card in there we go one day someone might find it hopefully that's exciting
28:32upstairs john's surveying the now gutted bathroom and even without an actual design or bathroom to install
28:39it's been keeping carlos busy we discovered there was flaky concrete and the walls were crumbling
28:46so we've since spent a couple of days getting cement back on the wall and making the walls good again
28:52so we can we can work from scratch so that's more time in the bathroom and more money in the bathroom
29:01the next day with jasmine off doing a bit of shopping john and the team are busy
29:07plan this morning is we're just waiting for a cement truck to deliver uh quite a lot of cement so
29:12that we can pour in the slab of this patio at the front the time capsule goes in there until
29:18the next generation of people to renovate this house find it it turns out that emptying a cement mixer
29:25is a slightly more skilled job than i may have given it credit for but then again don't think
29:32you're supposed to do it it turns out with just one wheelbarrow and a couple of those big squidgy
29:41rubber top things i'm trying to understand but i think when they came around to look at it they said
29:46they were going to bring the channel so that it would just pour into the pour onto the slab that definitely
29:53hasn't happened and now we've got a patio full of cement in the wrong place
29:58okay
30:09carlos seemed very chilled about it
30:12given we had copious amounts of cement pouring towards us down a tube
30:19i was running around like a lunatic with a bucket panicking
30:25the outcome is what we wanted but uh getting there was not quite as straightforward
30:30goodbye time capsule
30:33there was definitely a moment of panic when i thought
30:35i was about to be covered in cement on the patio i thought i'd be buried not just the time capsule
30:41whatever happens we're ingrained in this property forever until another generation or civilization
30:49knocks this place down and finds tiny little lego figure and a couple of stones
30:58as it's so thick it's going to take four or five days for that cement to dry
31:02but upstairs the family bathroom is now ready for jasmine to make some solid plans
31:08we've been trying to figure out where everything's going to go in this bathroom
31:13so in spain normally you have the entire bathroom tiled from floor to ceiling
31:22i don't know if we're going to do the whole room
31:25but yeah we're just trying to decide so i'm just marking it out to see how it's all going to look
31:30and make sure everything's going to fit i hope i've got the measurements right i mean
31:38what could possibly go wrong and then basically straight along to there
31:48if it doesn't fit i will blame john
31:52reminds me of the old days in east london
32:04graffiti on the walls
32:06down the corridor the door to connect albion's bedroom to the balcony has finally arrived
32:16and work can begin
32:20when we ordered the door that we're fitting today
32:23it said one to two days delivery i think in actual fact it took about eight or nine days delivery so
32:29we're kind of learning that we need to build in a big contingency when we order stuff
32:33and that not necessarily to believe what it says when we order it but it's fine it's really early days
32:39i mean it does look like i'm just standing here watching on that's kind of because that is exactly what i am doing
32:50already as soon as you walk in that room you're like wow lighter and not to sound like a place in the sun
33:06house hunter but that room is now lighter and brighter um now we're going to try and make good
33:12and get the door in i say we and a few hours later the royal we have it fitting like a glove
33:20ready for the edges to be tidied up and painted
33:34what does every renovation need
33:37it needs it needs someone end up in hospital with a fractured leg early on in the build
33:45last night went for an innocent game of paddle paddle tennis and somehow managed to take a nasty fall
33:54and fracture my left leg john's broken his leg in two places tibia and fibula
34:02it it doesn't seem possible or real that that sort of an injury could have happened whilst playing paddle
34:15how i've never broken anything in my life before and to be honest it's quite painful
34:24i'm currently in hospital waiting for the prognosis but it looks like they might have to operate and it
34:28looks like i might be immobile for quite a few weeks if not months a double break
34:36in the leg is extremely serious he's going to be out of action for everything
34:46indeed with so much ahead of them time and finances already stretched this could bring
34:52everything to a halt with nowhere else to turn jasmine calls on her mum
34:59when i told my mom on the phone that john had broken his leg
35:05she was so worried we had a chat put the phone down half an hour later she text me
35:11and said i've booked a flight and i was so grateful for her coming over i'm basula i'm jasmine harman's mum and
35:25as soon as i heard that her husband john had broken his leg really badly i was expecting to be
35:35needed if there's one person in your life that you can rely on it's your mum and my mum has 100
35:45stepped up to the plate by saying she'll come out and help well this is the first time i've seen the
35:52house and because john's in hospital and jasmine's at work i've had to let myself in and um take a tour
36:02on my own and it's fantastic i can i can see so much potential that i'm really um pleased and
36:12excited that they're going to be so happy and this is their forever home how you doing
36:21she would drop everything to help family and to have someone so selfless my mum is just a lifesaver
36:32how traumatizing i can't even express how much that means to me i haven't got the words
36:39thank you for coming oh it's the least i could do i'm so sorry for john
36:49i love my grandchildren my family and they always come first whatever else is going on
37:02the next morning with john set to stay in hospital for a few days waiting to have an operation and
37:13jasmine booked to film an episode of a place in the sun a short drive up the coast the family slipped back
37:19into their routine i'm john now for today every time anyone's nice to me i start crying
37:31in my next door neighbor she just offered me she said do you need to borrow a wheelchair
37:37she said my auntie's got one i said yes please when i started crying when everyone's so nice
37:46i always think i can do it all but then sometimes something's got to give hasn't it yeah i'm not
37:58very good at accepting help either no are we control freaks are we related oh now can you go and do the
38:07do the next level of laundry and mop the basement a few days later and john is getting ready to come
38:19two months of bed rest in front of him it's four days after my unexpected tumble on a paddle court
38:27which is the last thing we needed i am now out of the operation and they put pins in my left leg
38:35and as of today i am discharged however i am unable to walk so i'm just waiting for jazz to
38:43finish work to come and pick me up renovating a house moving to spain all of those things you can't
38:52really do it from being sat on a chair and a wheelchair on a bed not easily anyway let's hope i
38:58clear this up soon let's hope old leg down there doesn't take so long to repair and i'm back knocking
39:08down walls sooner than we think there was no ambulance there was nothing i mean i had to go and
39:16pick him up in our car with his leg broken i mean it was really difficult didn't help the fact that it
39:26was pouring with rain i've actually got a zimmer frame
39:37we had to call in help from a few friends at the royal homecoming we feel very lucky and very grateful
39:46that we have made some amazing friends here who really stepped up to the plate
39:53hi guys thank you for being here to help the weather was awful it was treachery i mean it's so slippery
40:01that patio anyway so dangerous i thought oh he's gonna slip he's had surgery less than 24 hours ago
40:08the red carpet i think it took at least half an hour if not 45 minutes to get john from the car to the
40:18front door the best will be if we hold you instead of you um yeah i think we're going to need to move
40:26this out of the way yeah yeah i mean when you've just broken your leg and you've had a metal rod put
40:31in there it's not exactly easy to get upstairs in the pouring rain without hurting yourself right okay so
40:39i'm gonna get my bottom to that towel okay you want me to yeah you two helping you two helping really
40:45helped earlier okay one two and three in fact in fact you two are doing it all oh it's all good um
40:55so now i need to get up we're gonna go uh slowly one two and three slowly slowly
41:03chair in chair in chair yeah don't give him a bit of help no no no no no no no there you go cool
41:17when we renovate the house should we put a ramp there yeah
41:23the whole experience was painful but the payoff was being at home in my own bed and most importantly
41:30with my kids for bed my gorgeous boy let's get you to bed it's important you to sleep
41:37you've had lots of drama on late nights the moment of sitting in my bed and had my kids cuddle up to me
41:44was uh yeah it was pretty special it was worth the pain having never broken anything before
41:51i've gotten to the age of 45 with a fairly clean bill of health
41:55i can hand on heart say that was very painful i genuinely didn't think that i would be putting
42:02my really poor level of spanish to use so quickly uh at a medical hospital level
42:08i mean i'm not joking at one point i was having to try and use translate to work out how you say
42:14can i have another bottle to pee in please you know that you don't learn that even on the best
42:20language apps
42:30the next day with john unable to leave his bed and vasula in control of everything at home
42:36jasmine is back on location prices have risen by as much as 20 over the last year
42:44oh sorry let me start again from the beginning okay i'm finding it hard to concentrate on work
42:48i think you know when you're away kind of out of sight out of mind but now i know he's just down
42:55the road i kind of i'm having trouble focusing a little bit at work i just want to sort of
43:01get everything done so that i can get back to him and to the kids no i do i love orange juice but it's
43:06a prop we're not allowed to drink it for a few days life carries on but with jasmine's shoot coming to a
43:13close her mum is heading back to the uk
43:20quite sad to leave jasmine tomorrow because i'm worried about jaz being overworked and
43:27overwhelmed with the amount of work she will have to do to be honest this accident has thrown a little
43:34bit of a spanner in the works on the renovation because we were all ready on the back foot and
43:40trying to catch up with ourselves with ordering things having things delivered you know
43:47i have actually told carlos just to have a break because i couldn't cope with
43:54the renovation with work with the kids with you know going to the hospital looking after john
44:00so i just paused everything the downside of that is obviously we we would love to have the place
44:07finished by the summer but this might mean that it's going to take a lot longer
44:16my dad has come over for a working holiday look at this wall
