00:00The confluence of powerful winds and unceasing precipitation left its ugly mark on the communities in Visayas and Mimaropa that bore the brunt of tropical cyclone Tino, which left at least 66 people dead and hundreds displaced and on the mend in its wake.
00:16From fallen trees toppled power lines to homes that either were swept away or went underwater, many of those hard hit are clueless on how to rebuild their lives or from where to begin as our Gab Humilde reports.
00:30In Lori Aguirre Alpay's post on her Facebook account, huge fallen trees can be seen scattered in many areas of their community after Barangay RSV in Nakarlota City, Negros Occidental, experienced the wrath of Tino.
00:44Here, she shares that she never thought she would experience this in her life.
00:48She was unable to save any of her property, but she's still thankful that she is still alive.
00:54Her faith in God remains unwavering, even though she doesn't know yet how they will recover from such ordeal.
