02:35The chief executive slammed nonsense projects inserted into the budget, particularly foreign-assisted ones exploited by corrupt officials that tarnish the country's reputation.
02:46And the worst part of this all, yung napupunta, kuminsan yung mga project na hindi maganda, napupunta sa unappropriated.
