00:06It ends a two-day search for the rapper, who is wanted for questioning over the death of
00:11a Taiwanese influencer.
00:13Before turning himself in, Naim Wee posted on social media, promising to cooperate with
00:18the police investigation.
00:20The influencer, Iris Schreer, was found dead in a Kuala Lumpur hotel last month.
00:25Reports say Naim Wee, whose real name is Wee Meng Chi, was at the scene.
00:29He also faces charges of illegal drug use and possession.
00:33Wee is well known in Taiwan for his songs, some of which are political or critical of
00:37China.
