00:00To stay ahead you've got to be prepared to be agile. Your job might change the
00:04next few years or months and if you're agile you will prevail. One of the most
00:09important things I know in my career that's gotten me to where I'm at is I've
00:13had great mentors. Who is it, who's that person or people that believe in you
00:18more than you believe in yourself that provide you the ambition, the confidence,
00:21the courage to move forward? Take the job. Too often people say well that job
00:28isn't exactly what I want to do or I'm not sure I can see the track to the next
00:32thing I want to do. You're always better off just trying to do it and doing the
00:38job and if you're in a job you can find another job. The kind of jobs that we're
00:41dealing with today are going to be different tomorrow and I look at the
00:44younger crowd at Gen Z. You guys use these AI tools and other things so
00:49naturally in your day. That's really important to us in a company and so
00:53you're bringing a skill set that a lot of our existing staff doesn't really have
00:57and it's naturally embedded in what you do and how you think. Nobody can just be
01:02successful by themselves. They have to play as a team and I think that is
01:07probably one of the most critical skills other than lifelong learning because
01:11what you learn at university will be outdated within months after you have
01:16left university. Put yourself in a position where you're going to learn. The
01:19more you learn and then the faster you learn and the more open you are and the
01:22more curious you are, the more rewarding your career will be over time.
