Ombudsman to form task force to probe flood control projects tied to Villars

Ombudsman Jesus Crispin Remulla announces a new task force to investigate flood control projects allegedly linked to the Villars. Remulla says improvements were made in Zapote River Drive in Las Piñas, as well as in Bacoor, Cavite.
