00:16He says he received the same information as Senator Jingo Estrada, who identified Wawaw Builders as the contractor behind the alleged ghost projects in Kalumpit and Hagonay, Bulacan.
00:26Wawaw Builders ranks 12th among the top 15 flood control project contractors previously named by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
00:34Bunoan also says he has relieved the entire district office, referring to the 1st District Engineering Office of the Department of Public Works and Highways.

00:43From 2022 to 2025, Wawaw Builders was awarded 9 billion pesos worth of projects in the entire country.
00:50In Bulacan alone, Wawaw Builders secured 5.9 billion pesos worth of projects.
00:55Bunoan says they will file all necessary charges if their investigation verifies the ghost projects.
