00:00It's an indescribable joy when a life's work and generations of advocacy and efforts

00:09finally culminate in the Parliament saying that we agree

00:16and that you are worthy of being heard by this Parliament.

00:23The Council has agreed to the bill without amendment.

00:30Their investments that this state has made, that could have been made on a federal level

00:55and committed to at a federal level, but they're done now

00:59and the treaty is going to happen and quite frankly other states will be welcome to work

01:06with us ongoing to implement that and truth-telling as well.
