00:19Gunditjmara Elder Uncle Alan Brown has said that the proposed First Nations Institute
00:26will provide new opportunities for Aboriginal communities across Victoria.
00:30Here's a little of what he's had to say.
00:33I think there are opportunities for Aboriginal people in other areas of the educational system,
00:39but this is important because it becomes our own and it shouldn't be feared.
00:43It should be one which is embraced.
