00:00Welcome to the video from the Auto Magazine Tuning Blog, where we will introduce you to the new Lincoln County Z20.
00:07An affordable electric car with an impressive range and modern design.
00:13With the two new versions of the Z, Lincoln Co. is bringing a breath of fresh air to the market for compact electric vehicles, as the entry-level price starts at just around 13,000 euros.
00:23Those opting for the slightly better equipped pro version can expect to pay around 14,000 euros.
00:31Both models offer a range of around 430 kilometers and are exclusively available with rear-wheel drive.
00:38In order to reduce the price, a number of targeted technical adjustments were made.
00:44The power of the electric motor was reduced from 340 horsepower to 238 horsepower.
00:49Savings were also made on the battery, which is noticeable in the reduced range.
00:57The original version could still travel around 530 kilometers.
01:01The wheels have also been made smaller.
01:04Instead of 19 inches, there are now 18-inch rims.
01:07The high-quality Harman Kardon audio system with 14 speakers is now optionally available.
01:13Visually, the Z20 remains true to its original design and continues to feature the striking the-next-day design with concealed-rain gutters, frameless doors and mirrors.
01:24The new FIJ green color complements the range and provides additional freshness.
01:28The vehicle measures 4.5 meters in length, 1.8 meters in width, and 1.6 meters in height.
01:38The wheelbase measures 2.8 meters.
01:41The drag coefficient is 0.25, which has a positive effect on efficiency and range.
01:46At the rear, the characteristic luminous winged taillight design immediately catches the eye, with over 500 LEDs and a continuous light strip measuring around 1.5 meters in length, creating an unmistakable light signature.
02:02Everything remains the same inside.
02:04A 15.4-inch central screen, a 13.8-inch head-up display, and a 10.2-inch digital cockpit offer modern connectivity and a clear overview.
02:16The modular dynamic island concept is also retained.
02:20From a pet area to a mobile coffee station, the interior can be individually adapted.
02:26Technically, the Z20 continues to be based on the S platform.
02:29McFess and struts at the front and a multi-link axle at the rear, together with ventilated brake discs from Brembo and a one-box braking system from Bosch, ensure good handling and safety.
02:43Speaking of safety, the Z20 achieved a 5-star rating in the Euro crash test.
02:49The body is made of over 81% high-strength steel, including hot-formed impact beams with a strength of 2,000 MPa.
02:57Seven airbags and an eight-layer battery protection system are standard on-board.
03:04A new software version also brings updates in the areas of parking assistance, guard mode, navigation, app integration and vehicle control.
03:14New features include remote parking, visual lane display and apps such as Bilibili and Cubo Music.
