01:51The standard adaptive suspension ensures that the S90 glides smoothly over the roads.
01:59The new Volvo S90 in the electrified version is powered by a plug-in hybrid system,
02:04which has an electric WLTP range of more than 80 kilometers.
02:07The electric motor is supported by a petrol engine, which offers additional range and power,
02:15ideal for longer journeys or when more power is required.
02:20Although the system output has not been specified, it is likely to be between approximately
02:24340 and around 455 horsepower, as with the predecessor, depending on the version.
02:32For traditionalists, a mild hybrid version with a turbocharged four-cylinder engine and
02:37front-wheel drive is still available.
02:39Less exciting, but reliable and economical.
02:44Volvo is also staying true to its line in terms of safety and is equipping the new S90
02:49with an extensive range of assistance systems as standard.
02:54Particularly noteworthy is the Pilot Assist, which automatically maintains the distance to
02:58the vehicle in front, gently steers and even brakes to a standstill in stop-and-go traffic.
