00:00Welcome to the latest video from the Auto Magazine Tuning Blog, where we take a closer look at the 2025 Dodge Attitude.
00:14You can find the link to read the article in our magazine in the video description.
00:19The redesigned Dodge Attitude is China's latest gift to Mexico and is based on the gag Trump M-Pow.
00:24Forget the Charger Daytona and its questionable sound as Dodge's most exciting model.
00:32The redesigned Attitude is now the new star.
00:36In fact, you can almost forget about Dodge, as the sedan is essentially a rebatched model of the Jock Trump.
00:44Oh, the 2025 Attitude replaces its predecessor, which was based on the Mitsubishi Mirage, with an aggressive design that lives up to its name.
00:54There are three trim levels available, and prices start at around âŹ8,963.
01:00The base Attitude SXT trim adds rain-sensing windshield wipers, a sports exhaust system, and 17-inch alloy wheels.
01:09Buyers will also find automatic headlights with LED daytime running lights.
01:13The interior also leaves a good impression and is equipped with a 7-inch digital instrument cluster and a 10.20-inch infotainment system.
01:24This is supplemented by Cruise Control, a passive entry system, a reversing camera and parking sensors.
01:30In the back, the Attitude Sports version, which starts at around âŹ2,175, further enhances the model with a more powerful exhaust system, larger 18-inch rims and a sunroof.
01:42The interior features ventilated synthetic leather seats with five-way electric adjustment on the driver's side.
01:52There is also a leather-wrapped flat-bottom steering wheel and dual-zone automatic climate control.
01:56The sports version also offers additional driver assistance systems such as front parking sensors and nine autonomous secondary safety assistants.
02:07These include adaptive cruise control, autonomous emergency braking and a traffic jam assistant.
02:13High-beam assist, lane departure warning, forward collision warning and traffic sign recognition can be added as options.
02:19The Attitude GT trim level, which starts at around âŹ23,172, features black 18-inch wheels, a rear spoiler, and a two-tone interior.
02:34Other highlights include a wireless smartphone charger, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, and four-way power front seat adjustment for the front passenger.
02:44Additional features include blind spot monitoring and power lumbar support for the driver.
02:49Under the hood, the Attitude GT offers a turbocharged 1.5-liter engine that produces 170 horsepower and 270 newton-meters of torque.
03:02This engine is paired with a C-bang dual-clutch transmission.
03:06While this combination may not necessarily sound like exciting performance, the company still promises sporty handling that should be true to its Dutch heritage.
03:14However, it remains unclear whether this heritage is more influenced by Mitsubishi or Hyundai.
03:22A special focus is on the 2025 Dodge Attitude GT Green Hornet Edition.
03:26This special edition does not bring any performance or chassis upgrades and retains the standard 1.5-liter engine.
03:36Although Deutsch currently does not offer sedans in its U.S. and Canadian lineups, the category is not being abandoned entirely in Mexico.
03:43At least not until later this year, when the Charger sedan is re-introduced.
03:51The Dodge Attitude GT Green Hornet Edition is a limited-edition special edition of just 300 units for the Mexican market.
03:58Despite its promising name, the Green Hornet Edition does not bring any significant performance upgrades.
04:07It is simply an unnamed version of the Gag Trump GMO that has been on the market for some time now.
04:12The only real change is the new matte olive green paint, which is nearly identical to the glossy fighter green of the Gag Mister, but with a more matte finish.
04:27Additional cosmetic tweaks include the 18-inch Satan black wheels and full-LED headlights, which are carried over directly from the regular GT model.
04:35The quad exhaust pipes and active exhaust system also remain, offering a powerful sound, although there has been no increase in power.
04:47The fixed rear wing is also unchanged, rounding out the sporty design.
04:53Inside, the Green Hornet Edition offers no surprises.
04:58Aside from a few visual changes such as red stitching on the seats and a carbon fiber finished center console,
05:03everything remains the same as the regular Attitude GT.
05:09The leather-wrapped steering wheel with a dedicated button for the active exhaust system remains unchanged
05:14and the dual 10.50-inch screens continue to dominate the dashboard.
05:20All show, no extras.
05:24Anyone hoping for more horsepower in the Green Hornet Edition will be sadly disappointed.
05:28The turbocharged 1.5-liter petrol engine continues to deliver 170 horsepower and 270 Nm of torque, just like the other models in the Attitude range.
05:39However, the Galax C-based model is more powerful than the previous generations, which were based on the Hyundai Accent and Mitsubishi Mirage G4.
05:47Power is sent to the front wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, allowing the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km per hour in 6.95 seconds.
06:01The chassis remains unchanged and relies on the proven multi-link rear axle, which was carried over from the regular equipment.
06:12The Dodge Attitude Green Hornet Edition is already available for pre-order in Mexico and costs around âŹ21,420.
06:19Although Deutsch states that the gas-based sedan has seen remarkable sales growth since its introduction in August 2024, concrete figures are lacking.
