01:54Kia has equipped the EV6 GT with an 84-kilowatt-hour battery pack based on the company's fourth-generation battery technology.
02:03This battery enables a range of up to 450 kilometers.
02:08At the same time, the charging capacity has been increased to an impressive 258 kilowatts.
02:14Thanks to the 800-volt technology, the battery can be charged from 10% to 80% in just around 18 minutes.
02:23The new plug-in charge function makes charging at public stations particularly convenient.
02:28The all-wheel drive vehicle's drivetrain has become even more powerful.
02:33When the new launch control is activated, a whopping 650 horsepower and 770 Nm of torque are available.
02:40This enables the EV6 GT to accelerate to 100 kilometers per hour in just 3.5 seconds.
02:47In GT Muse, it is 609 horsepower and 740 Nm of torque, which enables a sprint to 100 kilometers per hour in 3.7 seconds.
02:58The top speed remains an impressive 260 kilometers per hour in both modes.
03:02Another highlight is the new virtual gear shift function.
03:08Gear changes are simulated, both acoustically via the sound system and tangibly through torque adjustments.
03:14This is intended to further intensify the sporty driving experience.
03:19The revised design of the EV6 GT takes up Kia's typical tiger face.
03:24Complemented by the new star map daytime running lights, which set accents with their Constellation graphics.
03:29The wing-shaped bumpers at the front and rear as well as the modified diffuser emphasize the sporty character.
03:39Inside, neon-colored accents on the steering wheel and sports seats, which are covered in vegan suede-look covers, ensure a characteristic appearance.
03:47The panoramic display with two 31.2-centimeter screens shows graphics exclusive to the GT model and is complemented by atmospheric ambient lighting.
03:59Despite the numerous improvements, the price of the Kia EV6 GT has been reduced by âŹ3,000 to just âŹ69,990.
04:07Included in the price is a 7-year manufacturer's warranty, which also covers the drive battery, as well as a 7-year Kia navigation map update.
