00:00Hello on the TuningBlock channel, and today we're introducing another product.
00:11We received something from EchoFlow, a power station, and of course I don't want to keep it from you.
00:19It's the River 3 version, and as is usually the case compared to its predecessor, the River 2, it has a bit more power and can charge a bit faster.
00:27You can see here that it says 100W USB-C.
00:33That's really cool.
00:37And there are different ways to connect it to an additional battery, I think up to 600W.
00:42But I don't want to go into too much detail about that now, because this is the version with a maximum of 300W.
00:47It weighs around 3kg.
00:49It's really light, I have to say.
00:51It also fits in a backpack.
00:54And I've tried it out twice now, in different vehicles.
00:57The task was to install software, and I always have my laptop connected to a fixed power source, so to speak, and it's perfect for that.
01:09Otherwise, the River 3 works with, well, what can I say, all kinds of smaller devices.
01:14It should be clear that you can't use it to operate a washing machine, or a microwave, or even a coffee machine.
01:20Anything that has 1, 2, 3000W is obvious, but I have an electric impact wrench outside, which I can show you later.
01:27That definitely works with it.
01:29So what else do I have?
01:30Oh, here's a compressor set.
01:32That also works for pumping up air.
01:34Then of course it can be used in any area of camping, right?
01:39So everything related to campers and yes, here are the connections.
01:45One for cars is included, and then the large one for the power outlet.
01:49As always, you can also charge them with suitable solar panels.
01:55I don't have any here.
01:57But there are, right?
01:59Egoflow is known for having various solar panels.
02:01You can also charge them with them.
02:03And I think that's really, really cool when plugged into a power outlet.
02:06I have to recharge them now.
02:07Um, it's fully recharged in an hour at the power outlet.
02:12That's a really cool thing, of course.
02:15Also significantly faster than its predecessor.
02:18Um, with the solar panel, it depends on the weather, of course,
02:21but you can easily plan for twice or almost three times as much time,
02:25depending on the panel and the weather, right?
02:29Um, when the fan is running, it doesn't reach 30 decibels, I know that.
02:34So, it's really quiet, but not inaudible.
02:37Right?
02:39Well, I don't think it's ideal on the nightstand.
02:42Um, yes, it has the live PO4 batteries in it.
02:46What else is there to say?
02:48IP54 standard.
02:50So, I think it's splash proof.
02:52If I have the right information in mind, I don't know.
02:54In any case, you know, now you can take a look for yourself.
02:56Um, yes, it's supposedly drop proof and things like that.
02:59Whether all that is really important remains to be seen.
03:01There is also an app, as always, which is relatively simple.
03:04You can download it, log in, and pair it.
03:07What's cool is that you can control the connection here via the app.
03:12However, you can't control the small connections.
03:15That doesn't work.
03:16I actually think that's a shame.
03:18There are certainly more important functions, but yeah, it would be cool if it had them.
03:22But oh well, it doesn't.
03:24Yes, then there are additional modules to expand the modules, which I mentioned,
03:27the EB300, which doubles the capacity, and then there's the EB600.
03:32Uh, yeah, that's practically tripled.
03:36And I think with the additional batteries it's up to well, even if I remember correctly,
03:40so don't hold me to it but I think it's something like 85 watt hours.
03:44The corners are in there, it's called River Plus, Max, and Max Plus, something like that.
03:52It's all in the blog article again.
03:54I don't want to go into every detail here and start with the dimensions and so on and so forth.
03:59As you can see, it's quite compact, it's not big.
04:02Um, please read all about it in the blog article and I'll now show you a little bit more on the vehicle,
04:07for example, how it works with the laptop when you install different software.
04:11Not how to install the software, but how to connect it so that the laptop has a reliable power source.
04:17Um, it's also not entirely unimportant.
04:19So when software is being installed, we might pump up some air in the car.
04:24And that's it, I think.
04:25And yes, if this helped you, then leave a thumbs up, a subscription to a channel would be really cool
04:33and then I'm looking forward to the next product presentation and say ciao in advance and thanks for subscribing.
04:39So, here are a few more short examples.
04:42So, a hot air gun goes up to 150 degrees.
04:45I mean, it can normally go up to 600 and we don't need to talk about anything else.
04:49Of course it doesn't work, but it did go up to 150 degrees.
04:52Ah, what doesn't work, logically, is this impact drill.
04:55Ah, I didn't have it in mind how it does, but it does go up to 1100, so I promised a bit too much before.
05:01Ah, it doesn't work, but so do small devices, right?
05:04And what is also a somewhat larger device, but it works well here.
05:10Ah, this is this.
05:11Yeah, I don't know, what is it?
05:15A tire air pump or whatever.
05:17So, it works, right?
05:19It goes full throttle.
05:20Oh, ah, I think I've even tried inflating tires up to 2.7 times here.
05:25Ah, but it also works more, right?
05:27Well, that doesn't depend on that.
05:28Ah, yeah, what example should I give now?
05:31I've already told you everything in the video, it's also included in the blog,
05:35but I wanted to briefly explain it again for visualization purposes.
05:38So, all small devices, let's say on average up to 250 watts,
05:42whether you always have to run at 300 watts, you should consider,
05:46from 250 watts you can use this thing for everything.
05:48I think it's cool because it's super compact.
05:51You can also see when you carry it here, it has a nice handle on it.
05:57Yeah, there's not much more to say about it.
06:00As I said, a subscription would be really, really cool.
06:02Until the next video.
06:04Thank you very much and bye.
06:08Thank you.
