00:03Today we're talking about the Onvio L90, the new all-electric SUV from NIO's entry-level brand,
00:10which is currently preparing for market approval in China.
00:13The powerful vehicle, with an output of around 598 horsepower,
00:18has now been officially shown for the first time after the Chinese Approval Authority of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology
00:25published the first images and technical data as part of the application process.
00:30This makes the L90 the second model from the Onvio brand, following the mid-size SUV L60,
00:37which competes with the Tesla Model Y in China.
00:40The Onvio L90 is already impressive in its size.
00:44It is over 5 meters long, 2 meters wide, and around 1.80 meters high.
00:50Its wheelbase is an impressive 3.10 meters, making it a true space miracle.
00:55The vehicle is designed to seat 6 people.
00:58The curb weight is approximately 2,360 kg.
01:03Visually, the SUV stands out in the images released so far with a golden color, completely without camouflage.
01:10Which for many is a rarity before the official market launch.
01:14The L90 is powered by two electric motors.
01:18One at the front with a peak output of 100 kW, the other at the rear with 340 kW.
01:24Together, this results in a maximum output of around 600 horsepower.
01:28The top speed is limited to 200 kilometers per hour.
01:34This means the SUV offers a decent amount of power on both axles and, of course, all-wheel drive.
01:40Depending on the equipment, the vehicle rides on 20 or 21-inch wheels.
01:44The body has an overhang of 92 centimeters at the front and 1.5 centimeters at the rear.
01:54As for the battery, it is known that it will be either a ternary or a lithium-ion phosphate battery.
01:59The exact capacity has not yet been announced.
02:05However, as with all NIO vehicles, the L90 will also have the option of replacing the battery, a significant advantage in everyday use.
02:14The market launch is planned for the third quarter of this year.
02:18However, the first public appearance is expected next week at the Shanghai Auto Show.
