Die BMW R 18 B ist ein Bagger, der Klassik und Moderne perfekt vereint. Mit ihrem mächtigen 1.802 cm³ Big Boxer-Motor liefert sie satte 91 PS und ein maximales Drehmoment von 158 NM. Perfekt für alle, die entspannt cruisen, aber dennoch Leistung spüren wollen. Typisch für einen Bagger: Die fest montierten Koffer und die große lenkerfeste Verkleidung sorgen für eine imposante Optik und machen sie zum idealen Touren-Bike.

Technisch hat die R 18 B einiges zu bieten. Neben den drei Fahrmodi sind eine automatische Stabilitätskontrolle, eine Motor-Schleppmoment-Regelung sowie eine Rückfahrhilfe mit an Bord. Das optionale adaptive Kurvenlicht verbessert die Sichtbarkeit in der Nacht. Dazu kommt ein neues „Blacked Out“-Design, das mit dunklen Chrom-Akzenten für einen modernen Look sorgt.

01:17which provides a striking look with high-quality dark chrome plating.
01:23Elements such as the exhaust system, push rods and various fairing parts are finished in this

01:34With the R18B, BMW remains true to its line and combines the typical features of a bugger with
01:40state-of-the-art technology. The large front fairing is mounted securely to the handlebars and provides
01:47optimum wind protection, while numerous comfort and safety features take the riding experience to a
01:52new level. Three riding modes allow individual adjustment to different riding conditions and are
02:00supplemented by automatic stability control and engine drag torque control. Additional comfort is
02:07provided by the reversing aid and the start-off aid on inclines, which make handling easier,
02:12especially in difficult conditions. BMW also relies on modern technology when it comes to lighting.
02:20While the classic headlight underlines the traditional design, it conceals state-of-the-art LED technology.
02:28The optional adaptive headlight ensures almost complete illumination of bends and keeps the
02:32headlight range of the high beam constant. Another outstanding feature of the R18B is its enormous
02:40displacement, which ensures an incomparable riding experience. The engine consistently delivers more
02:48than 150 Nm of torque across a wide speed range from 2,000 to 4,000 revolutions per minute, which ensures
02:54powerful acceleration and impressive pulling power. The 91 horsepower output makes the riding experience
03:02even more intense. Particularly striking is the open-running, bright nickel-plated drive shaft, which is not
03:09only a real functional highlight, but also a real visual highlight. Anyone who wants to customize the R18B even
03:16more individually has numerous personalization options. In addition to the extensive optional equipment from
03:23BMW Motorrad itself, there are also exclusive accessories from Roland Sands design available, with which the bike can be
