00:09Today we're talking about the impressive Young U7.

00:13A vehicle that raises the bar in the high-performance sedan segment.

00:18With a peak output of around 1,300 hp and state-of-the-art technology,

00:22the luxury sedan from BYD's subsidiary brand Young already cuts a strong figure on paper.

00:30The Yangon U7 is an electrically-powered sedan that celebrated its premiere in China in the second quarter of 2024.

00:37With a price of around $130,000, the vehicle is aimed at competitors such as the BMW i5, the Mercedes iQ and the Tesla Model S-Plate.

00:47However, it also competes with the Porsche Tan and the ZR001FR.

00:51The vehicle is based on BYD's E4 platform, which is already used in other models such as the UVU8 Super Sports Car.
